Decision time …Can I really buy a retirement home in Fort Myers Beach, rent it out until we are ready to retire?

Only after Rick & Amy toured our home and said “absolutely we can rent your home and take care of it”, did we go through with the most fun investment of our retirement portfolio. We settled on our property Mid December and within 2 weeks we were booked solid through March. The nightmares of renting a property where gone. We live in Pennsylvania and sleep well knowing a dripping faucet, a pool pump making noises or a battery needing changed has already been taken care of. The list could go on…and its has….but the solution has always been quick and most of all very satisfied renters.

Rick and Amy have for the past three years exceeded every expectation I had of them and now their growing team of employees continue to do the same. Their work ethic and attitude told us we are making the right choice. I wish them all the success in their growing business and I consider myself fortunate to have found this awesome team to look after and oh yes RENT my property.

Distinctive Beach Rentals has managed the rentals of our beach front home for over three years. Amy and Rick run an efficient and quick to respond business operation. If you need someone to look after your property because you are an absentee owner, I would recommend DBR because they are a full service, attentive well run business.

If you are looking for someone to rent from I would recommend DBR because they have a wide selection of properties and they work hard to keep the properties they manage in good repair. Additionally, Amy and Rick look out for the interest of the potential renters. In our dealings DBR has spoken up on behalf of renters when they feel something is not right, even when it may cost them the rental.
