I want to tell you that we were very happy with the rental property. We feel like you knew what we needed more than we did. Originally we thought the price was a little more than we had budgeted for but after talking with you we thought-what the heck, let's go for it. The accommodations were fantastic. The condo was decorated so nice and we felt so comfortable. It was so nice to walk right from the condo for dinner and the view from the condo couldn't have been better. Fort Myers Beach, Palm Harbor and you helped us to make it a very enjoyable vacation for all 4 of us. We certainly hope that we can return and you will be first on our list for setting up the vacation.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay last
week. We had the property at 5566 Palmetto on Ft. Myers Beach. We really
appreciated Rick's help on our first day in with the bathroom. The property is
exactly as advertised - no surprises.

We will definitely be back next year as this is an annual event for us. We did
notice your signage along the way and that you have properties a little closer to
downtown. The walk was good for all of us but a bite far after an evening out.

We are back...to freezing cold and even snow flurries, yuck! We loved the house and had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything we needed and was a very quick easy walk to the beach. It was so nice to have the wagon, strollers, highchair, and pack n' play there. We hope to be back again next year.
