This newly custom built home, at 315 Mango Street, will embrace you when you enter the front door. It’s one of the ultimate vacation homes on the island. Located at the north end of the island between Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, it puts you in the center of everything. The beach is just a 2-3 minute walk from the house. Bay Breeze Retreat is complete with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large custom kitchen, and a brand new in-ground heated pool.

This home was built with fine attention to details and craftsmanship. The great room has beautiful vaulted, tray ceilings and a fantastic open concept. The living room is decorated in Southwest Florida tropical design with a large, flat screen TV and DVD player. It opens to the front elevated exterior screened in porch. The sliding glass doors fold back completely to give you the outdoor/indoor living flow.

The custom kitchen is fully equipped with all the wants and needs any cook could ask for. There’s even a built-in wine cooler. Meals can be eaten on the front porch, at the formal dining table, the breakfast bar, or poolside in the screened in sitting room.

With each bedroom more beautiful than the next you may have a difficult time deciding which room to call your own. The master suite is decorated in neutral tones, with a king size four-poster bed, in-room TV, and full private ensuite bathroom. The master bath is a masterpiece with a large walk-in shower and separate jetted soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a king bed, the third bedroom a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a double size Murphy bed. They all share a beautiful full bath in the hallway.

The home has central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, a washer and dryer, security system, and a pack-n-play for a little one. Also included are two adult bikes, a beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas.

Of course the highlight of this home is the new in-ground heated saltwater pool. After a great day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, cool off in the pool or relax pool side while soaking up the Florida sunshine. There’s a great screened in porch area poolside for your enjoyment as well.

Add 11% FL Sales Tax, and a $500.00 refundable security deposit. Rates include all utilities and final cleaning upon departure. All stays over four weeks include a bi-weekly maid service at the end of each two weeks stay. Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.

There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.
