Walking into 14 Bayview Blvd. you’ll be in awe by the grandness of this modern ranch home. The outside appearance of this dwelling does not reveal the greatness it has to offer. With three large bedroom, two full baths, and your own private in-ground heated pool, it comfortably accommodates party of 6 persons. Open the front door to the large, bright great room, with a completely remodeled spacious kitchen. Meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining room, casually at the breakfast bar, or poolside. The kitchen is a modern masterpiece and as equipped with all the little extras that your own personal kitchen has.

Flanking the great room to the left is your master suite. It’s complete with a king size bed, full private ensuite bath, and large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen size beds and are on the opposite side of the house. Each of the three bedrooms have in-room TV’s and patio doors that open to pool deck. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping area if needed.

One of the nice features you’ll love about this home is the amount of living space. To the right of the kitchen is a sizeable family room with a TV, DVD player, books and games. This is a great room for relaxing in. It also provides the adults with a separate room from the kids if desired.

Cool off in the large, in-ground solar heated pool under the screened in lanai, or relax poolside in the loungers and soak up the Florida sun. Fishing and boating are available right from the backyard. You’ll love the backyard canal for watching the dolphins and manatees that come to play, and the direct boating access this home offers to Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent a boat. Pull up and tie off right in the backyard.

This beautiful home is located in a residential neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach and all the Fort Myers Beach has to offer. It’s centrally located close to many shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre. Grocery shopping is just three miles North of the house. Walk to numerous restaurants, shops or the movies, ride the bike path to see the island, or catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita Springs for a quarter a ride.
