This bright, airy one bedroom, two full bathroom waterfront condo, places you centrally located on the island close to everything. No need to rent a car unless you just want to. Just a 3 minute walk to several restaurants, bars, apparel stores, gifts and art shops, ice cream shops and groceries all at Santini Plaza. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach, not the lagoon. At the beach you will find a fantastic tiki bar right on the beach to watch the sunsets.

The master bedroom is decorated with Southwest Florida flare. It has a king size bed, in-room flat screen cable TV, and private ensuite full bathroom with shower. The tropical living room is bright and airy. The wall of sliding glass doors telescope back, opening the lanai to the living room, for that indoor/outdoor living experience. The couch converts to a queen sleeper sofa and has an upgraded memory foam mattress for extra sleeping comfort. The living room is complete with a large screen TV, DVD player, and IPOD hook up. You'll love the great waterviews.

The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want or need for preparing your meals. Clean up is a breeze with the dishwasher. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar and chat while you prepare meals and enjoy the water view of the canal. Feel like grilling while on vacation? No problem with the waterside grills in the common area. There are even 2 great sitting areas, grill side, where you can enjoy your fresh grilled meal on the waterfront.

This beautiful condo also has a separate dining room, second full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and wireless high speed internet.

Sitting on a deep water canal behind Santini Marina Plaza, you can watch the boats go by from the marina or enjoy the dolphins that come in to play, all while sitting on your private screened in lanai. Seven miles of white, sugar sand beach are just a few minutes walk away. Stroll past the numerous shops and eat at the variety of restaurants at the plaza. You’ll also find a bank, post office, 7/11 and CVS there as well.

Cool off in the in-ground heated pool after relaxing poolside in one of the many loungers. Need to do laundry? No problem. The laundry room is located poolside, making laundry tasks while relaxing a snap.

This complex has a great waterside boardwalk that you’ll love walking along and fishing from. There’s even a fish cleaning station for your use.

Add a departure cleaning fee of $80.00, 11% FL Sales Tax and a $300.00 refundable security deposit. Rates include all utilities. All stays over 21 nights include a bi-weekly cleaning and your departure clean. Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.

There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.
