The magic begins as your enter Bella Vista. It’s a haven of privacy and tranquility. This beautiful two bedroom, two bath home sits on a canal, overlooking Estero Bay. You’ll find space to be together and space to be apart. No matter how you spend your days, you’ll breathe the salt air, unwind, and feel the tensions of an all too busy life drain away.

The tropical breezes, lovely furnishings, and beautiful views help provide the best of indoor/outdoor island living. You only need your clothes and you can stay indefinitely, enjoying Fort Myers Beach and all it has to offer.

Flanking the living area of the house are the two bedrooms and bathrooms, one on each side. To the right is the master suite. At each evenings end be gently lulled to sleep by the sound of the water outside your window, as you slumber on the king size bed. Catch a late night movie on your in-room large, flat screen TV. Wake refreshed in the morning and take an invigorating shower in your, modern, updated ensuite bath, with his and her sinks.

To the left of the living area is the second bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep on the queen size bed. Soak your stress away in the bathtub or take pleasure in the pulse of the shower as it massages your muscles. Each bedroom opens to the pool and lanai area, overlooking the canal and Estero Bay.

The living room provides you with an additional sleeping area for two on its sleeper sofa, as well as a room to relax in while watching the large, flat screen TV. The dining room is decorated in a mix of antique and eclectic pieces. Spoil yourself and eat poolside, under the screened in lanai, while watching for dolphins and manatees in the canal.

You can almost taste the salt spray as you wet your lips, letting the tropical sun warm your body and soul as you lounge at the beautiful, in-ground, heated pool. You’ll be tempted to spend all day swimming. Here too you’ll find a flat screen TV for your poolside viewing pleasure. Leisurely hours will stretch ahead for soaking up the sun at your tile-trimmed pool, surrounded by palms. A breakfast bar joins the pool area to the kitchen pass-through window. The modern, updated kitchen, supplies you with every amenity you could want or need to prepare delectable dishes. Need to stay in touch while on vacation? No problem. Bella Vista offers free high-speed wireless internet for your use. Two adult bikes have also been provided so you can explore the island.

Bella Vista is nestled on a quiet side street, at 241 Randy Lane, just a minute walk away from seven miles of white sugar sand beach, waiting to be explored by you. Enjoy great fishing right from your own backyard. Kayak the waters of Estero Bay, bike the island to explore its beauty or doze with a bestseller on the white sugar sand beach.

This fabulous home is conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, the movie theatre and groceries. Catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita Springs for 50 cents a ride. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside. This is a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring your best friend with you. Pet size is limited to 30 lbs. or less. Sorry no large dogs.

Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.
