Located directly on the beach, at Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach. Relax and soak in the sounds, smells and sights of the Gulf of Mexico. Let the stress of every day life slip away as you enjoy your vacation at the Sunset Beach Cottage. This home offers 1200 square feet of living space, complete with kitchen, dining room, living room, large screened-in porch overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, three bedrooms and two full baths. Decorated in an eclectic manner, you will find this home to be simplistic, yet stunning and very functional. The warmth of the natural hardwood floors and historic feel of the plank walls add natural charm and beauty to this home. The newly remodelled, large eat-in kitchen provides you with very modern appliances and every amenity you could want or need. Enjoy meals in the kitchen overlooking Estero Blvd. and the daily happenings of island living, or eat in the formal dining room while watching the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The spacious living room boats a large, beautiful fireplace as its centerpiece, and a wall of windows to view the beach. Watch your favorite TV program, curl up with a good book, or relax while taking in the incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and daily happenings on the beach. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping area if needed. Private laundry facilities are beside the kitchen, on the same level, for your convenience. The most stunning part of the house are the views you will see from the rear screened-in porch. You will find yourself drawn to this area for hours at a time. The sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and the sights of the beach will melt your daily stresses in life away in seconds. You will find peace and tranquility in the serenity of beach living. Enjoy the daily routes of our local dolphins who cruise up and down the Gulf of Mexico in front of the house in the morning and evenings. See some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever witness and right from the comfort of your vacation home. There is also a small upper porch that is unscreened for maximum viewing and sunning. Rest peacefully at the end of the day in the large master suite with King size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with in-room TV and VHS player. Both bedrooms share a walk through full bathroom, decorated in tropical fish and calming blue colors. The third bedroom offers a full size bed with separate full bathroom. While smoking is strictly prohibited in our home, you may feel free to smoke outside anywhere on our grounds. We do not allow any type of pets to accompany you on your visit. For the ultimate vacation, we also offer a full concierge service. Our concierge will handle everything for you from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, renting boats and Harley's, to arranging an in-house massage from a licensed therapist. We also offer special occasion items; such as fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, and much more. Also available is daily housekeeping and turn down service. Let your senses awake while you stay with us and experience what island beach living is all about. This home is centrally located on Fort Myers Beach, approximately two miles from Times Square. This home is located in a tranquil and serene neighborhood of million dollar beach front homes. You can enjoy the quietness and still be close to all the action of Times Square. Charter boats, jet ski and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day or night out on the Casino boat or a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Music lovers can catch up-and-coming local artists at one of the many beach taverns or participate in various karaoke sessions offered locally. Do not want to drive? Hop on the beach trolley for a quarter, and explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and fabulous restaurants. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Like to fish? The back yard is not only a giant sandbox for the kids, but a great fishing hot spot for adults and kids alike.
