One of a kind, state of the art, modern home in prestigious Holiday Heights on Fort Myers Beach. Immaculately maintained and professionally decorated, you'll find our home to be one of the cleanest, most enjoyable homes on Fort Myers Beach.

Located less than 300 feet from the beach, you'll find the best Fort Myers Beach has to offer. Our home has views of the Gulf of Mexico out back and fabulous views of the back bay out front. It is set in a quiet neighborhood of elegant homes, on a wide canal.

Enjoy the privacy and luxury of this modern, air-conditioned home, that was built in 1996, and renovated in April 2005. Our home has two master suites. Both suites are complete with their own en suite bath, with tub and shower, king-sized beds, TVs, and direct access to the upper and lower pool decks. Both suites have views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding area. One suite also includes a DVD/VHS player for late night movies in bed. Enjoy great views of the back bay and canal from the third bedroom which has its own en suite bath with shower, king-sized bed, and TV. Our fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 20' LCD Flat Screened TV and great views of the canal and bay.

During peak season we offer full concierge service for those who want to relax and enjoy. Our concierge will handle everything for you from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, renting boats and Harley's, to arranging an in house massage. We also offer special occasion items, such as fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, etc. Also available is daily housekeeping and turn-down service.

Our home contains over 2500 square feet of living space which includes a great room, featuring the living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast bar, dinette and office area. There is also an upper screened in porch and lower outside sitting area overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The home is also complete with laundry facilities and your own private heated pool.

While smoking is not allowed in our home or on our upper deck, you may feel free to smoke outside anywhere on our professionally landscaped, tropical grounds. Enjoy fresh bananas and citrus fruits from the yard, when in season. While we love pets ourselves, we do not allow any type of pets to accompany you on your visit to our home.

Enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico or views of the back bay from the great room where you can watch the 42' Plasma TV, play games, read a book, enjoy a DVD, listen to the Bose Home Theatre system, or connect to the internet in the office area. Wireless high speed internet is provided for your use.

We have tried to provide you with everything you will need to make your vacation a memorable one. You will find games for the kids, a grill for barbecues, beach chairs, pool and beach toys, coolers, beach towels, all your linens, starter soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and a whole lot more.

We are conveniently located within walking distance to almost anything you may want to do or may need, and if you want to go further we're only one block from the Fort Myers Beach trolley stop. Grocery shopping could not be more convenient with the new Publix Store being only two blocks away.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, and the beach known as the safest beach in Florida. You can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take the trolley to town (less than three miles away) and enjoy Times Square where you can shop, eat at great restaurants, enjoy live street performances, hitch a ride on the casino boat for some gambling fun, or catch one of the many great bands at our numerous beach bars.

Looking for something else to do? Within walking distance you can find a golf course, library, movie theatre, and water park, or there is a movie rental/video arcade gallery. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, nature hikes, the Naples Zoo and Tin City, or an Everglades Airboat adventure.
