New furnishings enhance the remodeling work done, making this home your home away from home while in paradise. You’ll love having your own private in-ground, heated pool and being able to fish right off the backyard dock. Fishing not your thing, but you still love fresh seafood? Then you’ll love this home. It’s located right down the street from all the local fresh fish markets and restaurants, just off of the north end bridge and Times Square area. It provides you with easy access on and off the island.

The bright living room is open and inviting, with warm colors. Here you can watch your favorite TV show or a movie on the DVD player. The couch is a sleeper sofa providing you with an additional sleeping area if needed. The kitchen is equipped with newer appliances and everything you could want or need to prepare a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table or outside under the covered patio area.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and in-room TV. The second bedroom has a double size bed.

You’ll enjoy the privacy of the fully fence back yard with its tropical foliage. A one car garage, full size washer and dryer and high speed internet is included for your use during your stay. While this home is a smoke free home, we do allow small dogs (20 lbs. or less) to accompany you.

Located off the rear of the house is a large screened in patio area, and your own private, in-ground, heated pool. Cool off on those hot days or relax in the yard and soak up the Florida sunshine. The deep water canal in the backyard offers direct fishing and boating access. Bring your own boat or rent one by the day or week!

Add a departure cleaning fee of $135.00, 11% FL Sales Tax, and a $300.00 refundable security deposit to the above rates. Rates include all utilities. All stays over two weeks include a weekly maid service at the end of each weeks stay. Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.

Groceries, fresh fruit baskets, floral arrangements, limo/dinner packages, an in-house massage, are all things that we can arrange for you to make your vacation ultra special. Catering of your special event can also be arranged.
