Welcome to 106 Tropical Shores Manor, your quiet, spacious, comfortable, and well-located hideaway in paradise. These four units are perfect for extended family and friends to be close together, yet provide each party their own privacy. This canal-front property with dock has a total of 7 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with lovely beachy decor and accessories. All together these four units sleep 22, and there is a large heated pool and deck area. It has a private backyard with only tropical vegetation on the other side of the canal. Beach access is just steps across Estero Boulevard at access point #25. Ample off-street parking is provided. This most excellent location puts you close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square and all its shops and restaurants should you be able to break yourself away from the relaxing serenity of your quiet hideaway in this tropical paradise! Each individual unit is described below.

Unit #1 is a ground floor studio. It is air conditioned, and equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting.

Entering into a large covered ground floor area with seating and laundry room for both ground floor units, and then through the front door, to the left and straight ahead is the living/dining area, with queen-size sleeper sofa with end table and lamp in a beachy rattan motiff, coffee table, chair with ottoman, and entertainment center cabinet with flat screen TV, and bar table seating 2. Flooring is tile throughout.

To the right is a queen-size bed, next to which is the bathroom with tub/shower combination, vanity, lavatory and toilet. Moving to the left is a kitchenette complete with refrigerator/freezer, double stainless steel sink, and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with meal preparation necessities, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc. There is a closet next to the kitchen.

From the living room, sliding glass doors lead out to a covered patio with glass top table seating 4. Beyond this is the large heated pool with sunning area with chaise lounges. As noted above the property is on a canal, and has a boat dock as well.

Unit #2 is upstairs and has central air conditioning and ceiling fans, and is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Entry is accessed via stairs to the second floor, with a deck that wraps around to include the back deck which sits above and overlooking the pool and canal, also with sliding glass door access to the interior living area.

Entering the apartment the kitchen is to the right, with dining and living areas straight ahead. The dining room table seats 6, and is situated in front of sliding glass doors leading out onto the upper deck above the pool and canal, furnished with deck chairs. Flooring is tile throughout.

The living room is furnished in beach decor, with a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat grouping with end table and lamp, as well as coffee table. There is an entertainment cabinet with flat screen TV for your viewing entertainment.

The bright and airy kitchen has a tray ceiling and is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking full course meals should you so desire. There is a double door refrigerator and freezer with ice and water dispenser in the door. The range is glass top and has a self-cleaning oven, with built-in above range microwave. The sink is stainless steel, and there is a dishwasher under the peninsula counter that separates the kitchen from the entry area.

Moving out of the kitchen and to the right is a hallway. There is a full bathroom to the left, complete with shower/tub combination, ample storage space in the vanity with lavatory, and stacked clothes washer and dryer.

Back into the hallway and to the left is a bedroom nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, ample closet space, night stand with lamp, and triple dresser with flat screen TV.

Moving on, the second bedroom has two twin beds with night stand, swivel rocker, chest of drawers, and closet.

Unit #3 is delightful, cozy, and comfortably furnished. It is a ground floor apartment that has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, sleeps 6, and has sliding door access to the pool and deck area. This apartment is air conditioned, and equipped with all the amenities as well.

Entering into a large covered ground floor area with seating and laundry room for both ground floor units, and then around towards the pool area through the front door, we enter into the living, dining, and kitchen areas. There are ceiling fans and tile flooring throughout.

First is the dining and living area, furnished with a glass-top table seating 4. The adjacent living area is comfortably furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, table lamp, coffee table, and rattan rocker. A flat screen TV is in an entertainment cabinet for your viewing pleasure. Sliding glass doors allow access to the covered patio next to the pool area and canal with dock. You may want to bring your fishing gear to put that dock to use, unless you plan on docking your fishing boat there.

The fully equipped kitchen has a side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the door, self-cleaning smooth top range and oven, dishwasher, and above-range built-in microwave. The sink is stainless steel, and there's ample cabinet space and countertops. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans are all included here just in case you tire of all the fine nearby restaurants.

From the kitchen to the right is a hallway leading first to a half bath, then on to a full bath with walk-in shower that has built-in seating, vanity with lavatory, and toilet.

Continuing in the hallway to the left, on the right is a bedroom with daybed and trundle beneath, a double dresser, lamp, and closet space. A great place for the kids.

Finally we enter the large master bedroom, nicely furnished with queen-size bed and night stands and lamps, a triple dresser with flat screen TV for your entertainment upon retiring for the night, a chest of drawers, closet, and even a love seat.

Unit #4 is a second floor unit that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, sleeps 6, and is situated above the pool and deck area also overlooking the canal. It has central air conditioning and ceiling fans, and is equipped with all the amenities like the others. Entry is accessed via stairs to the second floor, with a deck that wraps around to include the back deck overlooking the pool and canal, also with sliding glass door access to the interior living area.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Very close by are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other close by things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, and a little further south is the Santini Marina Plaza with many other restaurants and shops. Also for your convenience there is a trolley stop just a few steps out to Estero Boulevard.
