Welcome to your own private vacation paradise, an entire home situated in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, and on a canal that offers quick access via Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico through Big Carlos Pass. This rambling home is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, trees, and foliage. It is complete with a covered dock with boat lift and heated pool in a screen cage enclosure, with ample off-street parking. Certainly you will at once realize the relaxation and fond memories in store for you as a result of your stay. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with one of the bedrooms containing two sets of bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and entertainment center ? perfect for large or extended families with younger members. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. Due to its unique location at the tip of the island, and proximity to Estero Boulevard, just across the boulevard is a wide sandy beach and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. RSW International Airport is about a 25-30 minute drive, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also within an easy 20-30 minute drive. If you wish to leave the car behind, a short walk takes you to a trolley stop along Estero Boulevard that runs north to the Times Square area with its myriad of boutiques and restaurants, and then runs south to the Lovers Key state park and its pristine beaches. In addition, Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the Big Carlos Pass bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. The restaurant is appropriately named because while dining you will most likely see dolphins passing by on their trek to and from the Gulf.











Entry is up a pavered walkway through the front door into the living area, and to the right is the dining area. The living area has terazzo floors and is nicely furnished with a leather sofa with end table and lamp, a coffee table on an area rug, a leather side chair, and an overstuffed recliner/rocker. Decor is beachy/nautical. There is also a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, with another leather chair in the corner with a floor lamp.



To the left of the living area is a hallway leading to a carpeted guest bedroom on the right. This room is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps. There is a triple dresser with a flat screen TV. There is also a rattan chair with cushions in the corner near a door providing access to the screened in pool and lanai area. There is ample closet space.



Back into the hallway and to the right is the guest bathroom with large vanity with lavatory, commode, and combination tub/shower. There is plenty of storage space in the vanity.



Back into the hallway and to the right is the carpeted master bedroom with en suite bath. It is nicely furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps. There is also a double dresser with mirror, and a 4-drawer chest. Above that is a wall-mounted flat screen TV for your viewing enjoyment. There is also a rattan desk with bench, and storage cubicles next to the closet behind louvered doors. The en suite bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door and has a tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, as well as a built-in corner seat. There is a commode and a granite-top vanity with lavatory.



Back into the hallway and to the right through the living area is the dining area. It has a mirrored wall on one side, adding to the spacious feeling. There is a round glass-top table seating 4, as well as a rattan chair with cushions. In this dining and living area there are expansive sliding glass doors that go out to the covered and completely screened in lanai and heated pool. The lanai is nicely furnished with a round mosaic tile table seating 4, with remote control ceiling fan above. There are also two other chairs and cocktail tables. Beyond the pool and lanai area there are pavered sidewalks down both sides to the covered dock with boat lift. There is also seating out on the dock. To the left of the lanai and pool area is another pavered area with chairs and a BBQ grill. Again, the scenery is all lush, tropical and colorful foliage.



From the dining area towards the front of the house is the kitchen. There is a cafe table seating two. There is also a desk with pass-through bar into the dining area. There is plenty of counterspace with tile backsplash. There is a side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door. There is a built-in self-cleaning oven, and a built-in counter-top range and dishwasher. The kitchen sink is stainless steel with disposal, and there is a counter-top microwave oven. All the necessary items to prepare full course meals are provided.



From the kitchen a door provides access into the laundry room and third bedroom. There is a full size washer and dryer with laundry sink. From the laundry area there is also access to the lanai and pool area.



Heading back towards the kitchen and to the left is a huge bonus room that would be perfect for the youngsters. It is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, with double beds on the bottom and single beds on the top. There is a round glass-top game table with four rattan cushioned chairs with casters, a floor lamp, and a double dresser. This room is large enough that there is a sitting area with queen-size sleeper sofa and love seat with end table between, in front of which is an entertainment center with flat screen TV and storage shelves. In this room there are also two sets of sliding glass doors looking out toward the front of the house and pavered driveway.



Fort Myers Beach/Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Proceeding north from this home, either by private car or the island's Trolley service, ultimately ends up around Times Square, with many restaurants, the Santini Marina Plaza and its shops and restaurants, a Publix supermarket, cinema, public library, and many other shops and boutiques along the way. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals as stated above, and fishing charters to name a few. In addition there is high speed boat service to Key West, with daily round trips available. The trip takes about 3 hours each way. In addition, within the southwest Florida area to the west of Estero Island is Sanibel Island, world-famous for its sea shells, and to the north the downtown Fort Myers River District and winter homes of Thomas Edison, Hendry Ford, and Harvey Firestone are 20-30 minutes away after leaving the northern part of the island.
