Welcome to 12140 Siesta Drive, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home with pool, with sparkling water views up the gulf access canals overlooking a marina. The location is on the mainland just a short drive from Fort Myers Beach, also known as Estero Island, and the Gulf of Mexico. Times Square and the numerous boutiques, restaurants, and night life afforded at the north end of Estero Island are just a quick jump over the Sky Bridge, yet this beautifully located and furnished home offers easier access to Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport. These destinations are all within a 20-40 minute drive

This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting. This is an open concept, two-level, spacious and light-filled home recently renovated in contemporary, coastal style weathered wood-look laminate flooring, plantation shutters throughout, and granite counter-tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard fenced in pool has a spa with waterfall into the pool, and there is room to park two cars in the garage. The lower level bonus room also has a bar with bar stools, a gas grill to move outside for the barbecue enthusiast, and other furnishings, with access out to the pool deck. The pool deck has a covered area as well, furnished with two lounge chairs, a sofa, two other chairs, and a rectangular table seating 4 or more. There are no backyard neighbors, but natural Florida flora and fauna as your view.

Pull into the driveway and entry is to the left of the garage into a furnished lower level foyer, with stairs up to the main level into the living, dining, and kitchen areas with vaulted ceilings. From the lower level foyer there is also access to the bonus area and rear pool deck. There is rich, dark wood laminate flooring throughout with the exception of carpet in the bedrooms.

At the top of the stairs is the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Immediately to the right the living area is elegantly furnished with an L-shaped suede sofa with end tables and lamps. There is a large flat screen TV for your entertainment pleasure. There is another matching sofa and love seat, with large ottoman on an area rug. There are sliding glass doors out to a Trex deck on the front of the house, furnished with a tall bar table and two tall bar stools, looking down a wide canal with many docked boats. A good place for coffee in the morning.

Adjacent to the living area is the dining area with bay windows, recessed lighting, table seating 4 on an area rug, and a buffet.

From the dining and living area and proceeding back towards the entry stairs, to the left through double doors is a bedroom/den furnished with a queen-size bed, corner desk, decorator ceiling fan, as well as shelving with printer. There are sliding glass doors that open up, so when waking in the morning in this bedroom you will be able to see the boats docked in the marina and the lush tropical vegetation outside the window. There is also a walk-in closet.

Upon exiting the bedroom into the hallway, immediately to the right is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer and plenty of cabinet space.

To the left of the laundry room is a Jack & Jill bathroom which is nicely tiled and has a tiled combination tub/shower, commode, and granite-top vanity with lavatory and plenty of drawers and cupboard space. From this bathroom there is a pocket sliding door providing access to another guest bedroom. There is ample closet space. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, a 5-drawer chest, as well as other shelving. There are sliding glass doors that provide access to a furnished screen-enclosed deck with wood flooring overlooking the pool and spa.

Upon exiting the second guest bedroom into a hallway, on the right is the kitchen, dining, and living areas, and to the left is a hallway with door leading out to the screen-enclosed balcony, nicely furnished with a cushioned love seat and two cushioned chairs, as well as two cocktail tables and ceiling fan. Again, this overlooks the pool and spa. From this balcony there is also access into the master bedroom, which is our next stop.

Back into the hallway from the rear deck and heading towards the kitchen, to the left through double doors is the master bedroom with en suite bath. There is a huge walk-in closet, a king-size bed with night stands and lamps, triple dresser with a large flat screen TV for your viewing enjoyment, as well as a full length wall mirror and a corner upholstered chair. Above and to the left of the bed is a half moon window, and there are also sliding doors which open to the rear pool/spa area, as well as a door leading out to the previously described screened in balcony. The en suite bathroom is accessed through a pocket door and is quite unique, with granite vanities and lavatories on the right and left. Beyond the left side vanity is a half wall with commode, and next to this area is a large, very nicely tiled custom walk-in shower with built-in granite seat. The shower is large enough that there is no glass door needed, and there are windows on two sides of the shower into the rest of the bathroom, adding to the feeling of spaciousness.

Stepping out of the master suite and back towards the living and dining area is the kitchen, last but certainly not least. There are beautiful granite counter tops with a pass-through bar into the dining area, with 3 padded bar stools. There is a European style stainless steel sink with disposal, and all appliances are stainless steel, which include dishwasher, glass-top range with self-cleaning and convection oven, and built-in above-range microwave oven. The refrigerator and freezer has 2 side-by-side refrigerator doors, the one on the left with water and ice dispenser, a refrigerator pull out drawer, and a freezer pull out drawer. There is also a multi-function coffee maker. All the necessary items to create full course meals are available. There is canister lighting in the ceiling, a ceiling fan, as well as under-counter indirect lighting.

For the adventurous, Jet Ski and parasailing rentals are just a short drive, as are fishing charters and a myriad of other water activities. Times Square, The Pier, shopping, countless restaurants and nightlife are all within close proximity as noted above.
