Open and airy, comfortable, private, and proximity to the beach best describes this 2 bedroom, 2 bath single family home located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Beach access is just 300 yards away across Estero Boulevard. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

Upon arrival there is a private enclosed garage. The front yard is nicely landscaped in a tropical theme. The main entry to this home is through the front door into the living room. There is carpet throughout except for kitchen and bathrooms. The living room is nicely furnished in a bamboo tropical motif with a sleeper sofa, end tables and coffee tables, a swivel rocker and recliner. There is a large flat screen wall-mounted TV for your viewing pleasure. The living room flows toward the rear of the home through large sliding glass doors onto a screened in furnished patio with tile flooring, with further access to the fenced in back yard with propane barbecue grill.

Back into the living room and moving on to the left one enters the dining area with table seating 4.

The adjacent kitchen has a window on the street side and is fully equipped with built-in microwave, glasstop range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, and dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

Leaving the kitchen and to the right is a hallway providing access to the enclosed garage with washer/dryer, as well as access from the hallway to the guest bath and bedroom. The bath has a tub/shower combination and vanity with contemporary above vanity lavatory.

The guest bedroom is also off the hallway and is nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, night stand, luggage stand, and clothes closet.

Moving toward the other side of the home brings us to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, nicely furnished with king-size bed, night stands, recliner, and chest of drawers with flat screen TV, as well as walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with vanity and lavatory.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Very closeby are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other closeby things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.

Great location! House had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach, very quiet location considering close proximity to beach. food and restaurants within walking distance.
