Open and airy, tastefully decorated in a beachy and nautical motif, and proximity to the beach and back bay best describes this duplex accommodation with a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and an enclosed in-ground heater swimming pool, located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. This venue is perfect for large or extended families, providing privacy for each, yet togetherness when desired. Relax in the pool, or have coffee or your favorite beverage on any of the two screened in balconies. Beach access is just a short walk down the street and across Estero Boulevard. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

Upon arrival entrance is through either of two garages into the lower level, with stairs to take you up to your accommodations. There are also exterior stairs in front between units A and B. The screened in in-ground pool is also on the lower level.

At the top of the interior stairs, entrance into unit B is to the left, providing access to this side through one of the two bedrooms, and to the right is entrance into the living area of unit A. The remainder of this description, however, will be entering from the exterior front stairs, with unit A on the left and unit

B on the right.

Entrance into unit A is into the living area. This side has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is tile flooring throughout except for carpet in the bedrooms. The living area is bright and airy and nicely furnished with a sectional sofa with end tables and lamps, as well as a coffee table on an area rug. There is a recliner, and an entertainment center with a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure, as well as other decorative objects on the shelves. There is a large arched window going all the way to the floor looking out towards the front. The ceilings are vaulted, adding to the spacious feeling. There is a glass brick half wall behind the sectional sofa.

To the right is the dining area with a rectangular glass-top table seating 6. Access to the interior stairs and unit B is in the dining area as well. Next to the dining area is the large open area kitchen with tray ceiling and recessed lighting. The kitchen is well-stocked and has all the necessities for cooking full course meals if desired. There is a pantry and plenty of cabinet space, and beautiful granite countertops with peninsular bar separating the kitchen from the dining area, but with four bar stools on the dining area side. Appliances include a side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. There is a range with self-cleaning oven with built-in microwave above. There is also a dishwasher, and a stainless steel sink. The kitchen also has a pull-down ironing board behind a door just in case you need to press your formal clothes before heading out to dinner at one of the many restaurants on the island, and in a closet just to the left and around the corner of the ironing board are the stacked washer and dryer.

To the right of the kitchen and dining areas is a hallway leading to two guest bedrooms and a guest bath. The bedroom on the right has a queen-size bed with night stands and lamps, there is a 4-drawer chest with small flat screen TV. The overall d?cor is a beach motif. There is ample closet space.

Continuing out into the hallway there is a linen closet, next to which is the guest bathroom. There is also a linen closet in the bathroom, a single unit vanity with lavatory, commode, and combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors, one of which is mirrored.

Back into the hallway and to the right is the next guest room furnished with a full size bed, two night stands and lamps. There is a double dresser and flat screen TV, with ample closet space and shelving.

Returning to the kitchen, dining, and living area, to the right of the glass brick wall is an armoire type unit that opens up, as well as a futon sofa and chair. From this point there are sliding glass doors out onto the screened in and furnished balcony. There is a rectangular glass-stop table seating four.

Back towards the kitchen and to the left is the master bedroom with en suite bath. There is a king-size bed with two night stands and lamps. There are sliding glass doors leading out to the screened in balcony as described above. There is a double dresser with mirror, as well as matching side desk with chair, also with large flat screen TV to catch a late night movie. There is a very large walk-in closet with custom shelving, next to which is the even larger master bath. The dressing area has a large single unit vanity with two lavatories, with linen closet opposite. Through a sliding pocket door is the commode and shower room, with large walk-in tiled shower with glass door, with built-in seating and separate shower heads at each end.

Returning to our entry point for unit A, just across the tiled top of the exterior stairs is entry into unit B, which has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. As in unit A, unit B has tile floors throughout except for carpet in both bedrooms. First stop is the living area, which also has a large arched window to the floor. There is a tray ceiling with ceiling fan. There is a sofa and end table with lamp, a coffee table on an area rug, and a recliner. There is an entertainment center with six drawers below, and a large flat screen TV inside.

Next is the kitchen with granite countertops, with a peninsular bar with seating for 4 on the living room side. There is a side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the door, a range with self-cleaning oven, counter top microwave, and dishwasher. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal. There is plenty of counter space and storage cabinets, again with all the necessary items for full meal preparation.

Continuing down the hallway towards the rear, on the right is a guest bathroom with large single unit vanity with lavatory, commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors.

Back into the hallway and to the right are sliding glass doors leading out to a screened in furnished porch overlooking the pool area. A washer and dryer are also located here.

Returning to the hallway and to the right is the master bedroom with en suite bath. There is a queen-size bed and night stand with lamp. There is ample closet space with a 4-drawer chest inside, and for your viewing pleasure a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened in balcony. The en suite bath has a single unit vanity and lavatory, commode, and nicely tiled combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors, one of which is mirrored, adding to the spacious feeling.

Back across the hall is a guest bedroom furnished with full size bed, night stand and lamp. There is also an exit from here to unit A, as well as to the stairs leading down into the garage and pool area. There is ample closet space, again with a 4-drawer chest in the closet.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Very closeby are the beach-front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other closeby things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
