21169 Noddy Tern is a beautiful duplex, located in the middle of the island of Fort Myers Beach about two miles north of Santini Plaza, and 1/2 a mile south of Publix.

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is the perfect getaway for a peaceful vacation. Less than a five minute walk will have your toes in the sand with seven miles of beach to explore.

Take the stairs to the second level of the house and open the front door to begin your vacation. The great room is in front of you with a full kitchen, dining and living area.

Enjoy cooking your meals in the bright, beautiful, open kitchen while entertaining friends and family in the living room. If you don't feel like being inside you might decide to BBQ downstairs on the ground level overlooking the tranquil back yard.

The living room is spacious and outfitted with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The living room opens to the screened in lanai overlooking the backside of the house. Enjoy bug free days and nights relaxing out here taking in the neighborhood. Tucked away behind a closet on the lanai are your private washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

The expansive master bedroom is located off the living room. A king size bed, in-room TV, and full ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower provide all the comforts of home and more.

Your guests will be well taken care of in either of the two guest bedrooms. Both have private in-room TV's and more than enough closet and dresser space to make them feel at home. The one bedroom has a queen bed and the other a day/trundle that can be used as two twin beds or one king. A full bathroom in the adjoining hallway has a tub shower combination for their use.

Heading downstairs to the ground level of the house is a nice family room over looking the back yard. Comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV provide a quiet get-a-way from the rest of the house for those who may be seeking some quiet time. A wonderful back yard open air patio is off the family room with a separate seating area.

You will definitely want to take some time to explore the island. Why not hop on the island trolley and take it south to Lovers Key State Park to enjoy some swimming, shelling or bird watching? You might even catch sight of some dolphins frolicking - they love our Gulf waters. On your return trolley trip, be sure to stop at Santini Plaza to explore its unique shops and restaurants.

After a fun-filled day, there's still plenty to keep you busy during the evening. At our Beach Theatre you can order a meal, relax in comfy chairs and watch a movie. A short trolley ride north will take you to Times Square, the island's hub of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Do you get the feeling you may not want to leave?

Of course off street parking and free wifi are included with your stay.

Lots of space

The propoperty was nice because it was private and away from other properties around it. It was very private. There was plenty of space in the property to spread out if you wanted to utilize the space. There were some things that needed attention when I arrived, and the staff at Distinctive Beach Rentals made sure they took care of it for me. The whole staff at Distinctive Beach Rentals made sure they repaired whatever they were capable of doing. There were some other things that could have used some improvement by the owners to make the property more attractive. Some pieces of furniture were well worn.
