Welcome to 241 Pearl Street, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home situated in a tropical setting between the scenic back bay and the Gulf of Mexico with heated pool, located at the north end of the island in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is ample off-street parking, convenient on-site washer and dryer, and lower level beautifully landscaped and pavered pool area with deck chairs and lounges, tables and chairs, elevated waterfall into pool, indoor bar, seating and game area with expansive sliding glass doors for open tropical living, with added comfort by ceiling fans.

You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Pearl Street right across Estero Blvd. A short 5 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. An even shorter walk takes you to the scenic back bay at the end of the street. Up for an adventure? Be close to all the action of Times Square here - fish off the pier, dine at the restaurants and shop at one of the many beach shops. Don't forget to get an evening treat of ice cream at Royal Scoop, morning breakfast and coffee at Heavenly Biscuit, and lunch at the Tuckaway Cafe. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the high speed Key West Ferry. You can catch up-and-coming local artists at one of the many beach taverns, or actually participate in various karaoke sessions offered locally. Don't want to drive? Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. and you can explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. This property is modern and well-maintained, and has many features creating a warm and inviting retreat. Natural light combined with earthy and beachy colors, rich fabrics and textures set the tone. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare your own meals if you decide not to give in to the temptation to visit as many of the fine nearby restaurants that you can fit in.

Entrance is via stairs to an upper deck that is nicely furnished with round deck table with four cushioned chairs on an area rug, as well as two deck chairs with rattan cocktail table. Ceiling fans provide added comfort. The deck overlooks the front of the residence, and will be a great place for morning coffee and enjoying the tropical surroundings and sunrises. Enter the residence through French doors into the living, dining, and kitchen area, which is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and recessed cannister lighting. Furnishings are in a beachy/nautical motif. There is tile flooring throughout the living area, with carpeting in the bedrooms.

Upon entry, immedicably on the left is the dining area with a round glass-top table with four cushioned chairs, with windows overlooking the front and side of the home.

Opposite the dining area is the living area, nicely furnished with matching leather sofa and love seat, with end tables with lamps, as well as a coffee table on an area rug. A window in here also overlooks the front deck as described. Opposite the sofa and love seat is a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. There is also a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, with granite countertops with tile backsplash. Everything is provided to prepare full-course meals. There is a pantry with slide-out drawers and plenty of other storage space. An island bar with granite countertop separates the kitchen from the rest of the living area, and there are 5 bar stools on the living and dining area side. All appliances are stainless steel and include a side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door, a glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, a built-in above range microwave, a dishwasher, and European style stainless steel sink with disposal. A window in the kitchen overlooks the side and front of the property. To the right of the refrigerator/freezer is a desk area with granite top and tile backsplash.

Leaving the kitchen, through the living room and to the left, there is a hallway leading to the bedrooms and baths, with a recessed wall niche with recessed lighting. Then immediately to the left behind louvered doors are a stacked washer and dryer.

Moving on and to the right from the laundry area is the master bedroom with a suite bath. It is very nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a triple dresser with wall mirror, a 5-drawer decorator chest, a corner leather chair by a window overlooking the rear of the property down to the pool and pavered deck area below, and a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. This bedroom also has architectural tray ceilings with ceiling fan and recessed cannister lighting. There are two large walk-in closets behind louvered doors just before entering the bathroom. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door. It has tile flooring, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door, commode, and granite-top vanity with lavatory with wall mirror, and plenty of storage space beneath.

Back through the master bedroom and into the hallway is another hallway leading to the two guest bedrooms and bath. Immediately to the left through that hallway is a bedroom that is very nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, and triple dresser with wall mirror. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan, and window overlooking the pool and pavered patio area below. There is also ample closet space behind louvered doors.

Back into the hallway and to the left is a linen closet. Then next on the left is the guest bathroom with granite-top vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, as well as a wall mirror above the vanity, commode, and nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

Back out into the hallway and to the left is another guest bedroom, which is again very nicely furnished with two single beds, night stand and lamp, a 5-drawer chest with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and ample closet space. A window between the beds overlooks the front of the house towards the street.

Access to the lower level pool and downstairs living area is via pavered sidewalk at the front of the house and along the left side and through a gate. On entry you will see you are entering your own private tropical piece of paradise. There is a privacy fence around the entire area, with palm trees and other tropical landscaping around the edges. There are plenty of lounge chairs, deck chairs, and tables for poolside activities. For the BBQ enthusiast there is a gas barbecue grill. The pool with crystal blue water also has an elevated waterfall along the rear edge. Just steps from the pool and patio area on the back of the home is a door into the lower level living area. This area has tile flooring and ceiling fans. There is a bar seating 4, a mini-fridge, and above the bar is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The area has expansive sliding glass doors and windows that when opened up literally provide indoor/outdoor space around the pool with elevated waterfall and pavered area as described above. In addition to the bar there is a game table, and a corner seating area nicely furnished with cushioned wicker love seat with ottoman on an area rug, matching swivel rocker and another wicker cushioned chair, and strategically placed cocktail tables.
