Open and airy, tastefully decorated, private, and proximity to the beach and back bay best describes this 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family pool home on a corner lot with tropical landscaping, located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Relax in the pool, or have coffee or your favorite beverage on the master suite screened in balcony with the tropical breezes, or the furnished screened in front porch on the lower level. You may even find the time to grab a book and rest in the hammock stretched between two palm trees. The entire yard is fenced as well. Beach access is just a short walk down the street and across Estero Boulevard. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!



Upon arrival entrance is through a two-car garage into a foyer with stairs to the left accessing the upstairs master suite. Straight on passes through the dining room with wood floors, and with table seating 6 and small buffet. There are sliding glass doors to the screened in and furnished patio with tile flooring along the front of the home.



Continuing on leads to the kitchen. There is tile flooring throughout the remainder of the home. The kitchen has corian countertops with tile backsplash and all stainless steel appliances, including double door refrigerator and lower freezer drawer, dishwasher, range with convection and self-cleaning oven, and built-in above range microwave. The sink is European style with disposal.



Next is the living room with a door that goes out to the screened porch on the front of the house, as well as French doors leading to a furnished paver exterior patio. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa, area rug with coffee table, end tables and lamps, two overstuffed chairs, credenza and large wall-mounted flat screen TV.

Behind the living room are two guest bedrooms and with bath in between. There is a shower/jacuzzi tub combination, with designer vanity and lavatory.

The bedroom to the right has two twin Captain's beds, single dresser, wall-mounted fold down desk, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and closet.

The bedroom to the left has a queen-size Captain's bed, 3-drawer dresser with lamp, and ample closet space.

Back past the living room, kitchen, and dining room and to the right is a hallway to the large laundry area, complete with overflow refrigerator and ample cabinet and counter space. From the hallway there is an exit into the garage and on out to the pool and patio area.

Back into the dining room and to the right are stairs to the secluded, large master suite that includes a full bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is wood flooring, and it's furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser, wall-mounted large flat screen TV, as well as coffee maker and single sofa sleeper bed. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, as well as sliding glass doors onto the screened in furnished balcony. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, designer shower head with additional body wash heads, and granite top vanity with double lavatories at each end, and ample counter space, cabinets, and drawers. The adjoining walk-in closet also exits to the stair landing. Sliding pocket doors are available to enclose the entire bathroom area.



Access to the pool and patio area is through the garage. Available for the barbecue enthusiast is a gas grill. The entire area is enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence and surrounded on the inside with tropical foliage. There is a stone waterfall with attached solar-heated soaker pool that has a gradual depth to 5 feet, as well as in-water seating on both sides of the steps. The area is furnished with lounge chair seating and an umbrella table and chairs. A delightful place to spend time day or night!



Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Very closeby are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other closeby things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
