Centrally located mid island, it's only a short walk to the beach, the beach movie theater and a short drive to shopping and groceries. As if that wasn't enough reason to vacation in this amazing jewel on the bay, you will find that every part of this home has been stylishly and comfortably decorated with the tender loving care of a compassionate owner.

Walking up the front steps you'll immediately be captivated by the views from the front screened in porch.

Enter the front door of the house into the first of two living areas. Bathed in natural light from the large windows and wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to a private screened in lanai, the upper living area provides spacious accommodation which has been expressively designed with functionality and comfort in mind there is no lack of seating to relax and enjoy a little family time together or take in a movie on the 55-inch flat screen TV with Blue ray/DVD player.

The luxurious master bedroom is a great retreat. It has fantastic views and opens to the screened in lanai for intimate, peaceful evenings, watching the colors of the sunset over the bay. Wake to the most incredible sunrises over Estero Bay right from your bedroom. The sun emerging from the water?s edge is a sight to behold and worth getting up for to see, even if you are not a morning person. There is generous space to spread out on the King size bed and more than adequate room for your belongings in the large dresser and closets. There is an in-room TV that has been provided for late night viewing. The master bathroom is attached, including a granite vanity and a large walk in shower.

The three further guest bedrooms provide even more accommodation for your visit. A full second bathroom with a large walk-in shower is located between the double twin bedroom and the queen-sized bed bedroom, each with in-room TV. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed and the same incredible views as the master bedroom. Walls of windows abound in this room providing some of the best views.

Head downstairs to the ground level of this home where you'll find the open plan oversized kitchen, formal dining area and a second living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay; although you may find it hard to cook as your attention will be taken away by the amazing Bay views in the kitchen. If a cookout is more your style, move out to the screened in lanai and heat up the gas grill, all while watching the dolphins playfully swimming in Estero Bay or your family swimming in your oversized, private solar heated pool.

The dining area separates the kitchen from the second living space, allowing everyone to be part of the conversation regardless of whether you are cooking, eating or watching the large flat screen TV in the living room. This large open concept room has almost two full walls of sliding glass doors allowing you to look out to the pool to the north and the bay to the west. The water views from this home are practically endless! The living room also has a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping space if desired or needed.

A full bathroom on the main floor has ample counter space and a walk-in shower. It opens to the pool area for easy access while swimming or sunbathing. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen and full bath.

One of your favorite spots of this home is going to be the very large screened in lanai with private pool. Plenty of seating, lounging and dining space can be found out here with both shaded and sunny areas to accommodate everyone's desires. The pool is over sized making it a great lap pool or for lots of fun and water games. The lanai opens to both the front yard and back yard. Seating by the bay is also provided so you can be close to nature. Be sure to watch for manatees and dolphins! If you enjoy fishing, you will love this home. Fish from the bay or the side canal.
