Welcome to Coral By The Sea 3052 and 3054, your quiet, spacious, comfortable, and well-located address in paradise. These two units are perfect for extended family and friends to be close together, yet provide each party their own privacy. This property has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, has lovely beachy decor and accessories on one side, beachy yet nautical on the other side, and is located about a third of the way down the island and has deeded beach access just across the street next to the Junkanoo Restaurant, where you will find seven miles of white sugar sand beaches to stroll. Dolphins can be spotted from time to time, and it is also a bird watcher's paradise. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area with its amazing collection of restaurants, clubs, huge fishing pier, shops and boutiques. This property is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting.

Entry for 3052 is through the front door into the expansive living, dining area, and kitchen. Flooring throughout is wood plank porcelain tile. The living room is nicely furnished with leather recliner sofa and separate love seat, with end tables and coffee table, as well as single leather recliner. A flat screen TV sits on a credenza bookshelf for your viewing pleasure.

The living area is separated from the kitchen by a peninsula bar with 4 bar seats, and all counter tops are granite. All stainless steel appliances include glass top range with self-cleaning oven, built-in over the range microwave, mini dishwasher, stainless steel sinks, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.

Just to the left of the kitchen is a door that opens to the laundry room with stacked washer and dryer.

The adjacent dining area has a table seating 4, and sliding glass doors open out onto the furnished patio with umbrella table seating 6, two chaise lounges and cocktail table, as well as charcoal grill. There is an outdoor shower, and the entire back yard is enclosed with a 6 foot high privacy fence.

Moving back inside through the dining area and to the right is a hallway with 2 bedrooms with bath in between.

The bedroom to the right is nicely furnished with a king size bed, night stands, lamps, triple dresser with flat screen TV, and ample closet space.

The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in tiled shower, and Corian top vanity and lavatory.

The second bedroom is also nicely furnished with two double beds and night stand with lamp, chest of drawers with flat screen TV, and walk-in closet.

Very close by are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other close by things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket and upscale Bistro on the Bay restaurant, and a little further south is the Santini Marina Plaza with many other restaurants and shops, as well as marina.
