Welcome to 325 Mango Street, your luxurious vacation address in paradise. This private 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is conveniently located toward the northern end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood just steps to the back bay. You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Mango Street with beach access right across Estero Blvd. A short 5 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Otherwise the home has covered parking for two cars beneath, with pavered driveway from the road. Currently there is an above-ground spa, and permits have been received to construct a pool along the rear of the property, with anticipated completion in December, 2020. The home is very nicely decorated and furnished in a beachy/nautical motif, and there is an abundance of outdoor open decking, as well as a screened in and furnished patio along the entire front of the home. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of quartz counterspace with tile backsplash and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. All appliances are gray stainless steel, including a 5-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, counter-top microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with freezer drawer with ice-maker. There is a rectangular stainless steel sink with disposal, and a nice pass-through from the kitchen to the dining area side, with two bar stools.

Enter this vacation home via steps at the rear from the covered parking area up to an open deck, then through the entry door into a hallway. A sign greets you inside the hallway with the following motto: Live Well, Laugh Often, and Love Much. There is wood tile flooring throughout. Immediately to the left is a guest bedroom with queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, ceiling fan, windows overlooking the property, and a bookshelf with flat screen smart TV.

Back out into the hallway and continuing to the left, the next stop to the right is a guest bedroom and bath. The bedroom is nicely furnished with two single beds, night stand and lamp. There is a corner chair, ample closet space, a ceiling fan, and triple dresser with wall mirror and lamp, as well as a flat screen smart TV. The windows in this room also overlook the side and rear of the property.

In the hallway prior to reaching the guest bathroom are your own stacked washer and dryer, so you can actually return home with suitcases full of clean clothes! On the right the guest bathroom has quartz vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode, as well as combination tub/shower.

Back out in the main hallway and a slight jog to the right, on the left is the kitchen as described above.

Straight on, to the left is the dining area furnished with a rectangular wooden table with four upholstered chairs on an area rug. A window from here overlooks the side of the property.

The adjacent living room is furnished with a over-stuffed sofa, end table and lamp, next to which is a rocker/recliner, and at the other end of the sofa is a round upholstered chair. In front of the sofa is a glass-top coffee table on an area rug, and opposite the sofa is an entertainment unit with large flat screen smart TV for your viewing pleasure. There are expansive sliding glass doors leading out onto a screened in balcony with indoor/outdoor carpeting. It is nicely furnished in a rattan motif, with glass on top of rattan round table with four cushioned rattan chairs. There is also a matching rattan love seat and cocktail table. This area overlooks the front of the property, with a view leading down to the back bay.

Back into the living room and to the left is the master bedroom with en suite bath. There are sliding glass doors providing private access to the screened in balcony, as well as another window looking down towards the bay and the surrounding tropical foliage. It is nicely furnished with a king-size bed with night stands and lamps. There are two corner chairs, a triple dresser with wall mirror and flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan for added comfort, as well as a 5-drawer chest. Before entering the bathroom there is a large walk-in closet on the left with pocket door access. The adjacent bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, commode, and quartz vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, with wall mounted mirror above the vanity.

You can walk or hop on the trolley to Times Square to fish off the pier, dine at the restaurants and shop at one of the many beach shops. Don't forget to get an evening treat of ice cream at Royal Scoop, morning breakfast and coffee at Heavenly Biscuit, and lunch at the Tuckaway Cafe. Up for an adventure? Be close to all the action of Times Square here. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Express. Music aficionados can catch up-and-coming local artists at one of the many beach taverns, or actually participate in various karaoke sessions offered locally. Don't want to drive? Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. and you can explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs.
