Open and airy, tastefully decorated, pet friendly for dogs, and proximity to the beach best describes these two duplexes rented together, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on a corner lot, located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Beach access is just across Estero Boulevard and down one block, Access point #22. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

Upon arrival at Estero Sunset there is a circular driveway, and entrance is through the front door. The living room is to the left and is furnished with a sofa with coffee table, rocker/recliner, end table and lamps, an overstuffed chair, large flat screen TV, and another seating group consisting of two chairs, table and lamp. Flooring in the living, dining, and screen-enclosed patio is tile. All bedrooms have wood tile flooring. Remote control ceiling fans are available throughout.

To the right of the living room are sliding glass doors out onto a furnished screened patio with wicker furniture that includes a sofa and glass-top coffee table, as well as other chairs and cocktail tables.

From the front door and past the patio to the right is the dining room and kitchen. There is a glass-top table seating 4, next to which are sliding glass doors out to the enclosed patio.

There is a U-shaped kitchen with everything needed to create full course meals -- pots, pans, dishes etc., as well as refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range with self-cleaning oven, and counter-top microwave oven. There are plenty of cabinets and counter space.

Proceeding from the kitchen and dining area, there is a hallway to the right. First thing on the left is a guest bedroom furnished in a beachy motif with two twin beds with night stand and lamp, as well as double dresser and plenty of closet space.

Across the hall is the guest bathroom with lavatory and vanity with plenty of storage space, as well as nicely tiled bathtub/shower combination.

Opposite the bathroom is a closeted stacked washer and dryer with laundry tub.

At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom suite with queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser, 6-drawer chest, chair, flat screen TV, and two closets. The en-suite master bath has a tiled walk-in shower, and 3-drawer vanity with lavatory.

Upon arrival at Mid Island Dream there is off-street parking. There is tile flooring throughout. Upon entry straight ahead is the expansive living room, dining area, and kitchen. Immediately to the left, however, is a furnished screened in patio with ceiling fan, outdoor wicker sofa, chair, and glass-top coffee table.

The living room is nicely furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and love seat, coffee table on an area rug, as well as end tables and lamps. There is also an overstuffed chair, and large flat screen TV for your entertainment.

Before proceeding into the dining and kitchen area, to the left is a huge laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry tub. There is also a door to the outside patio with round concrete table and benches, with umbrella, as well as a gas grill for the barbecue enthusiast.

Back into the laundry room and to the left is the expansive kitchen and dining area, with a bar with storage cabinets separating the dining and living room areas. There is a glass-top table seating 4, with windows opening to the outside along Estero Boulevard.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to create full course meals -- pots, pans, dishes etc., as well as refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range with self-cleaning oven, and counter-top microwave oven. There are plenty of cabinets and counter space.

Down a hallway and to the right is the master bedroom suite with queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, double dresser with lamp, 2 corner chairs, 5-drawer chest, and flat screen TV. The walk-in closet leads to the en-suite master bath, which has a tiled walk-in shower and 3-drawer vanity with lavatory.

Back into the hallway and to the right is the guest bathroom with a nicely tiled tub/shower combination, as well as 3 drawer vanity with lavatory.

Just to the right of the guest bathroom is the guest bedroom with two twin beds, night stand with lamp, double dresser and large closet space.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Very close by are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other close by things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.

Our rental properties are all outfitted with high tech features such as remote entry locks, high speed wireless internet, etc. This venue is pet friendly with a 2 dog limit.

Note: All properties rented by Distinctive Beach Rentals have a minimum age requirement. Two persons in the rental party must be over the age of 30 in order to rent.
