Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, directly on Estero Bay, just a short walk to the beach, you'll find this incredible treasure of a dream vacation home at 383 Seminole Way.

Complete with four bedrooms, four full and one-half baths, and an in-ground, electric heated pool this large, spacious home sleeps ten in comfort and style.

Walking up the front steps of the home you will notice the beautiful tropical foliage and amazing Bay views in the back yard.

Enter the home into your dream vacation home away from home. Decorated in an elegant coastal flare, you'll immediately begin to feel the stresses of everyday life slip away. Your attention will be drawn to the magnificent views of Estero Bay outside the windows and walls of sliding glass doors.

The sizeable, modern, fully equipped kitchen is off to the right of the great room. It opens to the dining room and living area, allowing you to prepare meals and converse with family and friends at the same time. The kitchen is equipped with high end, stainless steel appliances, a generously sized island/peninsula. It's a cooks dream kitchen. A large flat screen TV is in the living room to keep you current on world events or your favorite shows. Comfortable furnishings will have you relaxing in no time and planning your return trip! The dining room seats all ten people at one time for an old-fashioned family meal. Open the wall of sliding glass doors allowing the Bay breeze to flow through the house. Step out onto the second-floor deck and relax taking in the sights and sounds of Estero Bay. Watch closely and you are guaranteed to see dolphins during your stay and if you are lucky even a manatee or two, along with a lot of other wildlife that frequents the Bay and mangrove islands.

Heading back inside on the second floor off the living room you will find two guest bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed, in-room TV and a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level as well in the hallway for your guests use with a nice walk-in shower.

Take the stairs to the third floor of the house where there is an amazing, spacious room that is perfect for some quiet relaxing moments overlooking the Bay. Various seating options provide something for everyone. There is also a day/trundle bed providing an additional sleeping area for two if needed. Open the wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the third-floor open air deck. The views from the third floor are endless. Tucked away in a closet you will find a front load washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

To the right is the third guest bedroom. Your guests will love the king size bed and full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The master suite is located on the opposite side of the stairwell on the third floor. The master suite is expansive and bathed in natural light from the multiple large windows. Wake in the morning from your king size bed to watch the incredible sunrise over Estero Bay. Catch a late-night movie in bed from your private in-room TV. The master bathroom is a masterpiece. Soak away the stress of every day life in the large jetted soaking tub or wake in the morning to an invigorating shower in the oversized walk-in custom shower. His and her sinks and a separate toilet closet complete this grand bathroom.

Take the stairs down to the ground level where you will find the entertainment area. This is sure to be where you will spend most of your time while vacationing here at 383 Seminole Way. A bonus room is located poolside, along with a bar, gas grill and various seating options. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the poolside loungers, cool off in the pool, or try your luck at catching a fresh fish dinner from Estero Bay adjacent to the pool. Launch a kayak or paddleboard from the back yard and explore Estero Bay where you'll be sure to see dolphins and some of our other amazing ocean life.

If you decide to leave your gorgeous vacation home, the beach is a five-minute walk from the house. Quick groceries at the 7/11 are right at the corner of Estero and Driftwood. Beside that you can pamper yourself at the Esterra Salon and Spa with a new haircut, color, manicure, facial or massage. The beach movie theater, numerous shops and restaurants are all just a short walk from the house as well. Publix grocery store is less than a quarter mile north for all your shopping needs. Trolley stops going both north and south bound are right at the corner of Estero and Sterling waiting to take you to Times Square, Lovers Key State Park or anywhere you'd like to go.

For our guests who need to stay connected, wireless internet is included. Please note this home is both a nonsmoking and a pet free home.
