Welcome to 4050 Estero Blvd., a unique, old Florida, comfortable, and private 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath single family gulf-front home on stilts. The home has central air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, thus affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway. This portion of the beach offers a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This home is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

Upon arrival there is plenty of off-street parking. The main entry to this home is up the stairs to a front deck with deck chairs and gas BBQ grill. Entering through the front door brings you into the bright, airy, and updated fully stocked kitchen with tile flooring and tray ceiling. There are stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range with convection and self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and there is a stacked washer and dryer as well. There is an above-counter microwave oven. A counter-top bar with two bar stools separates the kitchen from the dining area.

The remainder of the home has wall to wall carpeting. The dining area is nicely furnished with a glass top table seating 6, with two windows adding to the airiness of the room.

The large living area is well-furnished with a sofa and loveseat grouping with coffee table and end tables with lamps, as well as overstuffed chair and large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Curio and book shelving covers an entire wall.

A wide expanse of sliding glass doors leads out into the enclosed Florida room with wood flooring overlooking the beach. This room is comfortably furnished beach style, with literally wall to wall windows providing a great 180-degree view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. On a really clear day could one possibly see the beaches of the Yucatan Peninsula which lies across on the other side of the gulf? This room even has a glasstop table seating 4 to literally allow beach-side dining at home!

Stepping through the side door provides access to an outside deck furnished with 2 swivel padded rockers and cocktail table, as well as a pop-up umbrella to provide a little shade if needed. Down the steps from the deck leads to a shell path to the beach, which is literally a frisbee-toss away. When returning from the beach there is a convenient enclosed shower beneath this stilt house to rinse off before returning to the house.

Talk about getting sidetracked by the close proximity to the beach and gulf, there's still more of this house to come.

Back in the living room as you walk towards the other side of the house, the first bedroom is accessed. This room is nicely furnished with two twin beds with night stand and lamp, 3 large windows, a chest of drawers, closet, and 5-drawer dresser.

Further down the hallway area to the left is bedroom 2, furnished with a king-size bed with night stands and lamps. There is a chest of drawers, and cabinet base for a flat screen TV. Conveniently located in this bedroom is a tiled area in the corner with its own pedestal lavatory and enclosed toilet. Ample closet space is noted as well.

Next stop off the hallway is a fully tiled bathroom with shower/tub combination and vanity, lavatory, and toilet.

Last stop at this end of the house is bedroom 3, quite roomy, with queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, rocking chair, chest of drawers and lamp with 3 drawers, another 2-drawer chest, and ample closet space. Those who get to sleep in this room will have the ability to see some fantastic sunsets through the large picture window in place here, as it is directly on the gulf side of the home.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Very closeby are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other closeby things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
