Welcome to "The Snowbird Express - End of the Line" - your beachside destination at 4230 Estero Blvd. This wonderful home is located just 30 steps from the beach, with no roads to cross. It's mid-island and only one trolley stop from the Publix grocery store. With two master bedroom suites, it sleeps 6 people with plenty of room for all including the sleeper sofa in living room. Freshly painted and decorated in the winter of 2017 with many additional upgrades and remodel work done as well.

Pulling into the driveway you will notice the hand painted, one-of-a-kind, train mural on the garage door and the painted railroad tracks on the driveway. Stepping out of your vehicle you will smell the salt air, feel the Gulf breeze, and hear the ocean. Breathe deeply and know you have arrived in Paradise.

Take the stairs to the main living floor of the house. Opening the door, you will be greeted by the fully remodeled open concept kitchen. Black granite counters, a stunning glass block tile back splash, accented by crisp white custom cabinets and stainless-steel appliances are just a few of the upgrades to this fantastic kitchen. Everything you could possibly want or need for preparing just a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner is here for your use. The large island will surely be a gathering point for everyone and doubles as a dining area seating six comfortably and in style.

Off the kitchen to the south side of the house you'll find the first of two master suites. Appointed with a queen bed, desk, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and a full private en suite bath your guests will be well taken care of.

The kitchen opens to the large living room. The living room is spacious and infused with natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors and multiple windows. A large flat screen TV has been provided for your viewing pleasure, along with some great comfortable furniture to have you relaxing in no time. Open the wall of sliding glass doors to the second story deck. Enjoy the views of the Gulf and the daily happenings on Coconut while enjoying a libation and the sunset. A gas grill can be found here for your grilling pleasure, along with a table and chair set for relaxing.

Take the stairs to the third level and the second master suite. The views of the Gulf are wonderful from this bedroom. You'll love waking in the morning to the sun glistening off the Gulf waters and fall asleep peacefully to the sounds of the waves on the shore. A king size bed provides ample room for a great night's sleep. Your favorite part of this home will be the private master sunning deck. Sitting above the tree tops, you have a bird?s eye view of the island below and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy romantic sunsets from the privacy of your master suite deck. Wake in the morning to sunsets over Estero Bay from the upper deck as well. Comfortable couches and chairs have been provided to allow you hours of relaxation with the Gulf breeze and warm Florida sunshine. An in-room TV and a full private en-suite bathroom complete this master suite.

Heading down to the garage level you'll find a full-size washer and dryer, a second full fridge for quick access when coming and going to the beach, as well as a toilet area for a quick pit stop. Both a gas and charcoal grill have been provided for your grilling pleasure.

Located mid island this home provides easy access to both the north and south ends of the island. The beach is just 30 steps from the house with a deeded ADA beach access to the north side of the house leading to our seven miles of white sugar sand beaches. Enjoy one-of-a-kind sunsets from the beach. Swim the warm Gulf waters, walk the beach looking for shells, or just relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Trolley stops going both north and southbound are right outside the door. An enclosed garage is at the front and the driveways on the side and back have ample parking for a boat or multiple vehicles.
