Open and airy, comfortably furnished, private, and proximity to the beach and back bay best describes this 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family canal-front home on a quiet cul-de-sac, located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Relax in the screen-enclosed lanai overlooking the canal with dock and boat lift, or have your favorite beverage from the outdoor mini tiki bar along the canal. There is also a furnished screened in front porch. Beach access is just a 5-minute walk down the street and across Estero Boulevard. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and the upscale Bayfront Bistro are just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

Upon arrival there is ample parking in the driveway, and next to the driveway, and access to the front door is through a screened in front porch with two chairs and a cocktail table. Enter into a spacious, bright, and airy kitchen, dining area, and living room with vaulted ceilings and expansive sliding glass doors to the enclosed lanai area. There is tile flooring throughout.

To the left is the living area with large flat screen TV on a credenza, an L-shaped sofa with coffee table, end tables and lamps, as well as a desk. Again, expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the enclosed lanai.

The lanai is enclosed with sliding glass doors all around, which is screened and can be opened up. Ceiling fans are provided as well, and this area is furnished with a glasstop table seating 6, as well as chairs, lounge chairs, and a futon sofa.

To the right of the front entrance is the kitchen with peninsula bar with two bar stools, built-in range with self-cleaning oven, then dishwasher, counter top microwave, and side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. Counter space and cabinets are plentiful, and everything is provided to cook full course meals if desired. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry area with stacked washer and dryer.

The dining area has a table seating four, with sliding glass door out to the enclosed patio area.

The bright and airy master bedroom is located past the kitchen and dining area and is furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser with small flat screen TV, and ample closet space, looking out into the enclosed lanai. Another window looks out into the back yard and canal. The en-suite bathroom boasts an open walk-in, tiled shower with glass brick wall, vanity and lavatory with plenty of room for toiletries.

Back past the kitchen and living area is a hallway to the guest bedrooms and bath. The bedroom to the right has wood flooring, furnished in a beachy motif with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a triple dresser, and closet. Windows look out to the back toward the canal, and into the enclosed lanai area.

The guest bathroom is nicely tiled, and has an open concept walk-in shower with glass brick wall, as well as vanity and lavatory.

Finally the third bedroom, also with wood flooring, is furnished with two twin beds, night stand and lamp, chest of drawers and closet.

Available for the barbecue enthusiast is a gas grill on the back side of the house. The area is furnished with lounge chair seating and an umbrella covered mini tiki bar and fire pit, with canal, boat dock and lift as the background. A delightful place to spend time day or night!

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Very close by are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other close by things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
