Welcome to 5238 Estero Blvd., a home on stilts just steps to the beach, with covered parking beneath. The entire driveway and parking area beneath is covered with pavers. There is an area with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Please note there is a 7-night minimum stay. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, thus affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway. This portion of the beach offers a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This home is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!



The main entry to this home is via stairs to the right up to a screened in deck which opens into the home, and there is also another screen door that leads to the rear deck with access from the home. Entering from the side deck takes you into kitchen, dining, and living areas, with tile flooring throughout on this level.



The kitchen is to the left and there is plenty of counter space, with a bar on the dining area side. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal, dishwasher, a glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, a built-in microwave above the range, as well as a countertop microwave. There is a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. All the necessary items are available to prepare a full-course meal, or simply to make toast and coffee in the morning. There is also a desk between the entry door and the kitchen bar. As the kitchen is on the street side of the home, one of the kitchen windows overlooks the boulevard.



Also along the front of the home and right next to the kitchen is a large bathroom with corner shower with glass walls and glass door, large L-shaped vanity with lavatory, commode, and there is also a laundry area behind louvered doors with washer and dryer.



Returning to the kitchen and then to the left is the dining area. There is a table seating 6 with leather armchairs on casters. Between the dining room and living room are sliding glass doors that lead to the open rear deck, yet covered by the upstairs deck. The Gulf of Mexico is just a few steps away between some beach-front bungalows that lie below the deck area. The deck is furnished with lounge chairs, a rectangular table seating 6, a gas grill, and there are stairs that go down for access to the beach.



Returning from the deck to the right is the living area and stairs to the upper level. The living area is furnished with a sofa and loveseat with built-in recliners, a glasstop end table with lamp, and a coffee table. There is also a desk, floor lamp, and a large flat screen TV.



Carpeted stairs now take us up to the second level. To the left is a large bedroom with high angled ceilings. There is a king-size bed with night stands and lamps. There are two windows and a sliding glass door overlooking the gulf. Just imagine waking up in the morning and seeing the Gulf of Mexico just steps away. Through the sliding glass doors is the open upper deck with lounge chairs. The bedroom also has a triple dresser with mirror, a 4-drawer chest of drawers and chair. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and ample closet space.



Back out to the top of the stairs and into the hallway is a bathroom with tile floors and a garden tub. There is also a tiled vanity with lavatory, as well as commode.



Back into the hallway and to the left is another bedroom with a queen-size bed, triple dresser with lamp, a 5-drawer chest, two upholstered chairs, and a day bed. There are also two closets, and ceilings in here are also vaulted.



Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Closeby are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Further south is a theatre and the Santini Marina Plaza with a lot of shops and restaurants. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other closeby things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
