Welcome to The Beachfront Palace, a unique, large, luxurious, and rambling gulf-front home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Decor is contemporary European. The home basically has a central area with the kitchen, dining, living areas and 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, yet on the street side front of the home is a separate master bedroom and bath with sitting room, and upstairs is a beachfront master bedroom with sitting area, bedroom, bath, and beach-front balcony. A perfect situation for large or extended families. There are 3 zones of central air conditioning to keep you comfortable in the warmer times of the year. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, thus affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway. This portion of the beach offers a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This home is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

Upon arrival there is plenty of off-street parking. The main entry to this home is about halfway down the right side toward the gulf, and up a few steps to a deck which opens into the central part of the house into the kitchen, living, and dining areas. There is tile flooring throughout this area. To the left past the kitchen is a long, brightly lit, tiled hallway leading to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beyond this hallway is the entrance to a private bedroom, bath, and sitting area along the street side front of the home, but with a door leading out to the left side of the home where there is a large hot tub. Back into the kitchen and living area one finds the stairs up to the other private bedroom, sitting area, bath, and upper balcony.

We will start our tour in the kitchen. There are all stainless steel appliances. On the left side of the kitchen first there are three built-ins ? a microwave on top, below that is an oven, and below that is a warming drawer. Further down and built into the same wall is a Subzero refrigerator and freezer, with ice and water dispenser in the refrigerator door. In the middle of the kitchen is a very large island with granite top, and the remainder of countertops are also granite. On one side of the island is a bar seating four, and on the other side is a 5-burner gas countertop range. There is also a wine cooler built in under the island. On the right side from the entry area is a dishwasher, double stainless sink with disposal, and plenty of storage space. Off the kitchen area and to the left of the stairs to the master bedroom area is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as pull-down ironing board.

Between the kitchen and dining area is a corner decorative fireplace. Then the dining area has a rectangular table seating eight, with windows all around.

The large living area has an L-shaped sofa with area rug. There is another sofa against the windows on the back side. There are windows on three sides of this area, including sliding glass doors to the furnished, partially covered and open deck overlooking the gulf and beach. Also in the living room is a credenza with the entertainment equipment, and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is also a corner desk that is under the staircase going up to the second level. There is recessed lighting throughout this area. From the outer deck there are stairs going down to pavered sidewalks that go out to the beach, and also pavered sidewalks leading to the spa area. Both the upper and lower balconies offer views of the gulf. To the north is Sanibel Island, straight out it is an endless gulf, and to the southeast is further views of the gulf.

From the living and kitchen areas, and just past the laundry room on the right, is a brightly lit and tiled hallway. To the right we first come to a guest bathroom with granite vanity and decorator lavatory. There is a nicely tiled large walk-in shower with glass door.

Opposite the guest bath is a bedroom with two single beds, night stand and lamp. There are two closets, one with built-in drawers. There is also a built-in drawer with shelf mid-way up for the flat screen TV. There is a desk with granite countertop as well, and a window with plantation shutters looking to the outside. There is vinyl wood tile flooring here.

Back out into the hallway and to the left is another guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and two night stands and lamps. There are again two closets. There is a triple dresser with large flat screen TV, plantation shutters on the window as well, and the vinyl wood tile flooring.

Across the hallway now is a bedroom with queen-size bed, again with vinyl wood tile flooring. There are two night stands and lamps, with plantation shutters as well. There is a triple dresser with large flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has tile flooring. There is a nicely tiled corner walk-in shower with glass door. It has a shower head plus four body-wash sprays. There is a contemporary vanity and decorator lavatory, and a commode. This bathroom also contains the closet for the adjoining bedroom.

Next, at the end of this hallway is a door that provides access to a completely private sitting room, bedroom, and en suite bath. The sitting room is nicely furnished, has tile flooring, plantation shutters on the windows, and a private exit to the side of the home where the spa is located. Double doors lead to the bedroom which has wood vinyl tile flooring, a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, a double dresser and other decorative furniture items. A large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall above the dresser. Plantation shutters cover the windows looking out to the front of the home and Estero Boulevard. There is a large cedar walk-in closet with built-in shelving. The en suite bathroom has tile flooring, granite-top vanity with lavatory, and a nicely tiled corner walk-in shower with glass door. There is plenty of cabinet space and drawers, as well as commode.

Returning to the kitchen, dining and living area, there are stairs next to the laundry room that take us to the upper level master bedroom, sitting room, en suite bath, and private furnished balcony. There is beautiful wood flooring on the stairs, as well as in the bedroom area itself. There are windows on each side of the room, and windows and sliding glass doors on the beach side that open onto a furnished upper deck. Upon entry, to the left there is a sitting area with a chaise/daybed in the front corner, as well as a built-in triple dresser with granite top. In the middle of the room is a king-size bed and an area rug between the foot of the bed and the sliding glass doors out to the deck. The bed has night stands and lamps on each side, and upon waking in the morning the view will be nothing but the beach and the gulf beyond! In the other corner there is another sitting area with two chairs, and in between is a table with the large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. There is a three-tier chest of drawers as well.

At this end of the room is the en suite bath, nicely tiled walls throughout, again with wood flooring, and with a garden tub with adjacent glass-enclosed walk-in shower with glass door. Plantation shutters cover the windows. Opposite the shower are two decorator lavatories with granite vanity. Next to the shower is an alcove with commode, and opposite that is a huge walk-in closet with custom shelving and drawer space.

Beneath the house there are pavered walkways throughout, with a covered area on the beach side with plenty of lounge chairs to take out to the beach. There are also tables and chairs down here. For the barbecue enthusiasts there is a gas grill, with pavered sidewalk to the outside and a platform to put the grill to use.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Closeby are the beach front Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. Further south is a theatre and the Santini Marina Plaza with a lot of shops and restaurants. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other closeby things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
