Nestled among multi-million-dollar homes in the Holiday Heights Subdivision, 640 Randy Lane sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will cherish the tranquility this home offers.

Walking through the front door of the house you will immediately sense the expansiveness of this home. A large entry allows you to unpack and get everything inside so you can explore your home away from home. The entrance way also offers a sitting area, although slightly separated from the rest of the house, which gives a nice spot to curl up with a good book or connect to the Wi-Fi for those who may need to get some work done or just catch up on social media.

The living room is to your left with a beautiful fireplace as a centerpiece. Comfortable furnishings, along with a large flat screen TV will have you relaxing in no time. A wall of sliding glass doors offers a beautiful view of Estero Bay and your private pool.

The modern art deco kitchen is open to the living room. Spicy red walls and deep purple cabinets accented with high end stainless steel appliances create a hot kitchen for cooking in. This kitchen will surely inspire the chef in everyone and with the stunning water views outside the kitchen window you may have a lot of company while cooking. A breakfast bar on the side and a pass-through window to the pool area make this a home for entertaining. A gas grill on the pool deck is sure to entertain all your grilling desires.

Enjoy your meals in the elegant formal dining room or poolside at the table set outside.

The backyard is a sanctuary. Soak up the Florida sun in one of the poolside loungers. Cool off in your private pool or test your skill at fishing from the backyard dock. Rent a boat or kayak and explore Estero Bay from your own backyard. No matter what your plans are, if you are in the backyard, you will want to keep an eye out for the dolphins and manatees that frequent the Bay.

When it is time to retire for the evening the master suite will be waiting for you. The bedroom is spacious and offers a king size bed. An in-room TV supports a late-night movie in bed. The master suite also offers a private exit to the pool deck, where you can take a late-night swim or take in some star gazing with that special someone in your life. Wake in the morning to the beautiful sunrise over Estero Bay. Depending on your days schedule you may wish to start your day slowly with a relaxing hot bath in the jetted tub or an invigorating shower in the large walk-in shower. The master bedroom offers a large walk-in closet with plenty of dresser space for you to settle into your home away from home.

The two guest bedrooms both have queen beds. The first has an EnSite full bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. There is also a full bath in the adjoining hallway to the second guest bedroom that offers a walk-in shower.

Take a short five-minute stroll through the neighborhood to Estero Blvd. where you will find a deeded beach access for the Holiday Heights Subdivision and your gateway to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Walk along the sand and warm Gulf waters. Jet Ski and parasailing rentals are just a short walk to the south of the beach access.

Centrally found in the middle of the island 640 Randy Lane provides you with easy access to the north or south. Jump the trolley heading north and explore Times Square where you will find an endless number of restaurants to tantalize your taste buds. Shop in the many boutiques and take home a few mementos of beach life. Of course, you will want to check out the many beach bars and local bands offering hours of dancing and entertainment.

Take the trolley south and catch a first run movie and dinner at our local movie theater or shop the boutiques Santini Marina Plaza.

Grocery shopping is super easy with Publix just four blocks north of the house. You will also want to check out the marina behind Publix and the award-winning Bayfront Bistro. The marina also has some shops, offers boat tours and rentals, plus bait for fishing.
