Welcome to 7965 Estero Blvd., your newly redone single family, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Paradise, complete with a BRAND NEW 14' x 32' heated swimming pool with built-in jetted hot tub surrounded with beautiful pavers on the deck. With just a few steps off the Lanai, there's plenty of sunbathing space with loungers surrounding the pool. A Char-Broil Infrared Bar-B-Q Grill is available to use so you can dine next to the pool.

This home is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island, and is only a few minutes drive to a wide variety of amenities that include a public marina, golf courses, movie theater, ice cream stores, gift shops, bars, restaurants, sandwich shops, miniature golf, beaches, Lover's Key Park, thrift stores, and shopping centers. The island's Publix supermarket is located mid-island, also within a short driving distance. There is quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. LeeTran Trolley is available right from your front door to Times Square, with all its restaurants and night life, if that is on your list of things to do. This property is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting.

Entering through the front door brings you into the spacious dining area, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning to take to the Lanai to start your day around the beautiful pool. There are new Granite counters and Stainless Steel appliances, including dishwasher, glass top built-in 5-burner range, and refrigerator/freezer with drink-in-the-door and ice-on-demand. A hidden microwave oven can be found by raising the door of the large kitchen cabinet. The kitchen has a pass-through to counter top bar with 4 bar stools. The unique counter top-height dining table has seating for four, or add two of the bar stools for 2 more guests.

The living room is well-furnished with recliners and sofa, a glass top coffee table with a pair of Dolphins as the base, as well as giant 65 inch flat screen Smart TV. Flooring is a beautiful light colored 24 inch tile, laid on a 45 degree angle throughout the house, and is complete with area rugs. The expansive sliding glass doors to the Lanai lends to the spacious atmosphere of the living room area.

One of the desirable features of this home is the fact the master bedroom suite is on one side of the house, while the other 2 bedrooms and bath are completely on the opposite side. This gives mom and dad a little break from the kids, grand kids, or guests!

The master suite is very nicely furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and dresser, with wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bedroom glass sliding doors to the Lanai add to the home's overall feeling of openness. The en-suite bathroom has been beautifully redone, with glass enclosed, tiled, walk-in shower and a large vanity with double sinks. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.

Going back through the living room to the other side of the house and to the left is the second bedroom featuring a queen size bed, night stands, dresser, and wall mounted flat screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors offer access to the Lanai area, as well as lending to the feeling of an open and spacious area.

The two bedrooms on this side of the house share a bathroom, also recently completely and refurbished with a beautiful Granite countertop on the vanity and a large linen closet, as well as beautifully designed tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The closet has plenty of space, as well.

The third bedroom is also tastefully furnished, featuring a queen bed, night stands and dresser, and also has a large, wall mounted, flat screen smart TV. The closet has ample closet space.

ON A SIDE NOTE: All sliding doors to the Lanai are equipped with "annoying" alarms. Each time a slider is opened, the alarms will sound off. There is a button to push to silence them. They are here as a safety precaution and are in place according to FL laws and insurance policy. Please bear with the slight annoyance when opening the sliders.

Once you come in from a day of sunbathing on the beach and going into the garage, you'll find a brand new Washer and Dryer for your personal use.

Our beautiful island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's para-sailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters to name a few.

Beautiful Estero Island Rental

This home appears to have been completely remodeled and it was nicely done. It has tile throughout the entire home. Kitchen and baths have granite. A great selection of linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the king mattress is very comfortable…my wife want one😀. The kitchen has all new appliances and is very well stocked with all utensils needed to prepare your meals and there is a brand new propane grill out by the pool. You will need to purchase ALL spices and ingredients for cooking however, because nothing is provided. The pool, with its built in hot tub, was very nice. There were no instruction on how to operate the hot tub, but it doesn’t take long to figure it out. It heats up very quickly. There is a short walk to the beach, but my wife and I enjoy walking, so it was not an issue for us. It could be an issue if you like to take a lot of stuff with you. However, Lovers Key Park is only a few miles drive. There are only a couple of small restaurants within walking distance, so you will need to drive in order to eat out and traffic in late February going toward Fort Meyers Beach was heavy. We would go to Benita Springs. You will find plenty of restaurants there. We will definitely use this property again!! The only things I would have that could improve your stay would be some way to lockout the alarms on the sliding doors. They go off every time you enter the home from the outside. It would also be nice to have an automatic door button for the garage door, so you could open it when returning at night without having to go inside to hit the button. Both of these are improvement suggestions only and did in no way negatively effect our vacation. Perfect home and perfect vacation!!!!
