When you pull into the driveway at 7987 Estero Blvd. you will immediately know you have not rented just any home here on Fort Myers Beach, but a home with a unique distinction and flare.

The owners have spared no expense in the interior and exterior remodeling of this beautiful three bedroom, two full bath home. Remodeled and furnished in December of 2015 almost everything is new in this beautiful home. Located at the south end of Fort Myers Beach it is conveniently located close to shopping, dining and provides ease of exiting the island through Bonita Springs. Directly across the street from the beach, with direct beach access right across the street from the house, you will love the convenience in getting to our 7 miles of white sugar sand.

Walking up to the front door of the house you are greeted by large a large stepping stone walkway, overflowing water fountains and a raised English garden style yard. The entrance into the home sets a Yen like atmosphere immediately calming your senses and soul.

Enter the front door of the house and prepare yourself to be awed. Decorated in soft teal, vibrant oranges and pinks, and accented with crisp white you will be dazzled by the decor though out this home. The dining and living room are spacious and offer comfortable casual seating. To the right of the living room there is a beautiful outdoor seating area that offers a peaceful area to relax with bamboo plants for shade and ambiance.

Flanking the dining room to the left is the very spacious kitchen. New appliances, custom, hand made glass backsplash, and a unique decor are just a few of the highlights of this kitchen. Every time you turn around you'll find something eclectic in the design and artwork that you hadn't seen previously. A table and chairs for two are nestled into the kitchen for a guest or two to keep you company while cooking. Of course everything you might need for preparing your meals has been provided for your stay as well.

Travel down the hallway a bit off the kitchen and you'll find the hallway entrance to the large master bathroom. His and her sinks, with loads of counter space, along with an expansive one-of-a-kind walk-in floor to ceiling tiled shower provide plenty of space for you and your partner to get ready for the beach or a night out on the Town. Traveling through the bathroom there is another door leading into the master bedroom. This spacious room offers you a king size bed with an ample amount of closet and dresser space for all your belongings.

Heading back towards the living room you'll find the spacious family room. Complete with a game table, decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings and a futon for an additional sleeping area if needed. Open the sliding glass doors and let the Gulf breeze flow through. A peaceful garden area with seating and a koi pond transcends you back to the simpler times in your life. Tomatoes, strawberries, grapes, herbs, oranges, grapefruits, lemons and much more are here for your eating pleasure.
The two guest bedrooms are situated towards the front of the house off the living room. The first of the two has twin beds, while the second offers your guests a queen size bed. Both share a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway which has a tub/shower combination.

Wireless internet, a full size washer and dryer, and one car garage are also included for your stay. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is both pet free and smoke free.

Directly across the street from the house you have 7 miles of our white sugar sand beach, the Gulf of Mexico and the Estero Critical Wildlife Preserve. Beach access is through an adjoining property owned and rented by the same owner giving you special access that others don't have.

For those wanting to jump on the trolley, the north bound trolley stop is adjacent to the neighboring home, with southbound trolley stops just a short walk across Estero Blvd. Santini Marina Plaza is a mere 1/2 mile walk from the house. Here you will find numerous shops, boutiques, and restaurants, along with a CVS and 7/11 for quick groceries as well. A little further north of the house is also the Beach Movie Theater where you can have dinner or snacks and watch first run movies. Groceries can be found north or south of the house at Publix on the island or in Bonita Springs. Venture out north to Times Square and experience some of our beach bars and local entertainment or head south to Lovers Key State Park for secluded beaches and some great kayaking. The shops and restaurants of Fifth Avenue in Naples are a short drive away, as well as the Naples Zoo and much more.

Beautiful vacation rental

Our 2 families stayed a week in March 2018 for spring break. The house was just perfect for us. The home was just as pictured. We had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The furniture was comfortable and our sons especially loved the game table! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. More that enough towels and bedding provided and the washer and dryer was a plus. Beach access across the street was convenient. We were very happy with the location. Getting on and off the island via Bonita Springs was so much less congested vs going north toward Times Square. We spent a lot of time at the beach area at the Wyndam gardens just 1/2 mile up the street. The Tiki bar had great food and drinks, there are all the beach activities you could possible want. It is an easy walk from the house or they do offer parking if you choose to drive. The best part was after a busy day at the beach we came back to this quiet, relaxing home. Thank you for helping make our vacation such a pleasure.
