Welcome to 7 Pepita Street, units A and B. This is a beautiful triplex property on a canal in a lush tropical setting with shared swimming pool and spa overflowing into the pool and nice open but covered lanai. Both units can be rented together, sleeping a total of four, and would be perfect for a family providing togetherness, yet two totally separate units for privacy if desired. There are two enclosed garages and driveway parking, as well as large shared laundry room with washer, dryer, laundry tub and counter space. Please note that the second level is not included in this vacation rental description. Estero Island is a tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, yet this property is away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway. So in addition to being on a canal with access by boat to the back bay, there is gulf access just across Estero Boulevard at Sterling Ave. to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Let your imagination be your guide. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a few blocks away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

Upon arrival there is one enclosed garage and driveway parking. A short walk from the garage and through the pool area brings you to the entrance of unit A. Entry from the lanai is into the living room/kitchen area. Flooring is wood tile throughout. To the left of the kitchen is a full bathroom with large marble-top vanity with lavatory, and over sized tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.

Back into the eat-in kitchen area reveals granite counter tops and cabinets with tiled back splash, glass-top range and oven, double stainless steel sink, refrigerator/freezer and counter top microwave oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a granite-top bar with three bar stools.

The living room has a wall-mounted curved screen TV, and is furnished with a small buffet, leather sofa, coffee table, area rug, and companion chair.

In the adjoining separate bedroom is a queen-size bed, 3-drawer night stand, and ample closet space. There are sliding glass doors out to the lanai and pool area, and upon waking each morning your view will be the spa overflowing into the pool, and the canal in the background.

Entry to the studio, unit B, is from a sidewalk to the right side of the property. Once in the studio there is a door directly into the garage. A short walk from the studio entry towards the canal brings you to the furnished lanai and pool/spa area.

In the studio the flooring is wood tile throughout. On entry there is a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.

Between the sleeping area and the kitchen is the living area with love seat and coffee table on an area rug.

To the right of the living area is the eat-in kitchen, with granite counter tops, stainless steel sink, bar with two bar seats, refrigerator freezer, a 4-burner range and oven, as well as counter top microwave oven. All necessary utensils are available for preparing full course meals should you so desire. There is ample closet space just adjacent to the kitchen.

Behind the kitchen is a full bathroom with large vanity with lavatory, as well as a walk-in shower and separate linen closet.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. In addition to the nearby Bay front Bistro there are other close by restaurants, such as the Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. The popular Santini Marina Plaza is also fairly close by near the southern end of the island, with several restaurants as well. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other close by things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.

Our rental properties are all outfitted with high tech features such as remote entry locks, high speed wireless internet, etc. All properties rented by Distinctive Beach Rentals have a minimum age requirement. Two persons in the rental party must be over the age of 30 in order to rent.
