Welcome to Casa Marina #612, your luxurious waterfront tropical hideaway in paradise, meticulously decorated in a beachy/nautical motif, including wall decor throughout. This resort-style condo on the 1st floor above ground floor level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with vaulted ceilings. There is wood flooring in the bedrooms, otherwise with marble tile flooring throughout. Views are of the surrounding network of canals, boat docks, and all the lush tropical foliage, as well as the back bay. The kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with plenty of granite counterspace with backsplash, well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. There is a European style stainless steel sink with disposal. All appliances are stainless steel, including a refrigerator with two side by side doors, refrigerator drawer, and freezer drawer, with ice and water dispenser in the door, built-in 5-burner glass-top range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and built-in above range microwave. Your own washer and dryer are included in your condo as well.

This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and offers amenities that include deeded beach access and a heated pool. The community's grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. There is ample parking, and a convenient trash chute next to the elevator. In addition, within walking distance is a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away.

Entry at ground level is through a secure air conditioned and furnished lobby. For your arrival convenience there are luggage carts available behind the lobby, as well as ample parking. Take the elevator to the first floor. To your left is a view of the swimming pool complex and lush tropical grounds. Take a left into the open hall and your condo will be the first on the right. The hallways on each floor are open air and allow the island winds to waft around you as you approach the door to your accommodations.

Walk into #612 into a foyer with kitchen to the left as described above. The kitchen has architectural tray ceilings with recessed lighting. A pass-through bar into the dining area has 4 high boy upholstered chairs. To the right is the guest bedroom and hallway bath. This bedroom is nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, ceiling fan, a triple dresser with mirror, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet. There is also a window that opens out onto the outside walkway, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The adjacent guest bath has a vanity and lavatory with wall mirror, commode, and combination tub/shower with hand rail.

Back into the hallway and just to the right of the kitchen is the dining area, nicely furnished with a round glass-top table with seating for 4 on upholstered chairs, as well as a buffet. Also in the dining area is a curio cabinet and leather chair with side table and lamp.

The adjacent living room with ceiling fan is very nicely furnished with an L-shaped leather sofa with end tables and floor lamp, as well as a large leather ottoman on an area rug. Opposite the sofa is a corner entertainment center with flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out onto the well-furnished screened-in balcony with tile flooring and ceiling fan. The balcony extends from the living room to the master bedroom area, and is nicely furnished with plants, and a glass-top wicker table with two wicker chairs with cushions. This may well be a frequent focal point to sit and enjoy the fantastic views of the canals, back bay, and numerous boats passing by as you sip your favorite beverage or morning coffee.

Back into the living area and to the left is the master bedroom with en suite bath. Furnishings include a king-size bed with cushioned end of bed bench all on an area rug, night stand and lamp on one side of the bed, with floor lamp on the other side, and a triple dresser with mirror. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV, beneath which is a computer table. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the screened in balcony with tile flooring, furnished with a wicker love seat and glass-top cocktail table, again with a magnificent view of the canal and back bay beyond. Also on this balcony behind louvered doors is your own washer and dryer so that you will be able to leave with suitcases packed with clean clothes! There is a large walk-in closet, next to which is the en suite bathroom with tile flooring, vanity with lavatory and plenty of storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with built-in corner seat, river rock flooring, and sliding glass doors.

The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay at Casa Marina will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!
