Welcome to Dolphin Watch #701, an awesome beachfront vacation address in paradise! Located in the quieter North end of Estero Island, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath seventh floor corner gulf-front condo has a 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, and is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and the numerous boutiques, restaurants, and night life afforded at this end of the island. There is a minimum monthly stay. Decor is contemporary yet beachy. Its close proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting. Off street covered and open self parking is included with your stay.

Dolphin Watch #701 is a bright, recently remodeled, cheerful corner beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and can sleep a total of 6 guests. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multicourse dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. You will also have your own private washer and dryer in the condo. And for those barbecue enthusiasts, there are gas grills by the heated pool at the ground floor level. There are also bike racks available for the biking enthusiasts.

Upon arrival, entry is into a secure lobby, taking the elevator to the seventh floor and then to the left at the end of an open hallway. While walking to #701, to your left will be an awesome view of Estero Pass, where you can watch the high-speed Key West Express depart in the morning and return in the evening. Immediately upon entry, looking past the kitchen, dining and living areas, you will be swept away by the expansive views, the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south, and even the skyline of Bonita Springs and Naples to the southeast. Open the sliding glass doors and let the island breezes transport you to that perfect, calm vacation feel. The screened in balcony is furnished with a glass-top table seating four. There is wood laminate flooring throughout.

Entry is into a hallway/foyer, and immediately to the left are double sliding doors, behind which is a guest bedroom furnished with sleeper sofa, night stands, corner drawers and shelving, and ample closet space. A window here allows a southeastern view to include the Gulf of Mexico and the nearby resorts.

Opposite, on the other side of the hallway/foyer is a guest bedroom and bath. The bath is accessible from both the hallway/foyer and bedroom, There is double door entry into the bedroom, which is very nicely furnished with a queen-size bed with night stands and lamps, a large window overlooking Estero Pass, a mirrored chest of drawers with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure, and large clothes closet. There is a pocket sliding door allowing entry into the adjacent bathroom, which has a granite-top vanity and lavatory, linen and storage cabinet, commode, and nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass door.

Exiting the bathroom into the hallway/foyer and to the right brings into view the kitchen, dining area, living room, and screened in balcony beyond. Immediately to the left is the extremely modern and renovated kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances that include side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door, a glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, microwave oven above the range, a European style stainless steel sink with disposal, and dishwasher. There is recessed lighting. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to prepare a full course meal should you so desire. There are granite countertops, including an island with seating for three on one side, and drawers and cabinets on the kitchen side. Opposite the kitchen behind a sliding pocket door is your private laundry area with washer and dryer.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a round glass-top table seating 5, and the view from here is through a floor to ceiling window to the southeast of the Gulf.

Next is the adjacent living room, nicely furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a marble-top end table and coffee table, a contemporary floor lamp providing lighting over the sofa area, and a window overlooking the Gulf to the southeast. Opposite the sofa is a credenza, above which is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the tiled, furnished screened in balcony with its 180-degree Gulf view. There is a tall round table with four cushioned chairs, with another two cushioned chairs strategically placed to enjoy the views from Sanibel Island to the Bonita Springs and Naples skyline, as well as straight out to the Gulf.

Finally, upon re-entering the living area and to the left is the entrance to the master bedroom and en suite bath. A king-size bed awaits, along with sliding glass doors out onto the balcony. This nicely decorated master bedroom has night stands and lamps on each side of the bed, there is a double dresser, as well as large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Behind a sliding pocket door is the en suite bath with tile flooring. There are plenty of closets, including linen closet and walk-in closet. The L-shaped dressing area has granite countertops with two lavatories and mirrors from ceiling to countertops. There is a nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass door. Beyond this area is a sliding pocket door leading to the commode and another large linen closet.

Whether cooking in the kitchen, enjoying a gourmet meal, relaxing on the balcony or in the living room, the sound of the Gulf waters and daily happenings on the beach will call your name. Pelicans will be diving for fish, flying fish will be leaping out of the water, and dolphins wil be catching those flying fish in mid-air! All this happens along an expanse of seven miles of white sugar-sand beach right outside your door. Take in the gorgeous nightly sunsets over Sanibel Island with someone special.

Dolphin Watch also has a community in-ground heated pool as noted above for cooling off on warm Florida days, or for soaking up the sun in a poolside lounger. Stroll the beach at sunrise or sunset to find starfish, sand dollars, and baby conchs waiting for you.
