Welcome to Estero Beach & Tennis Club unit 106-B your impressive address in paradise.
This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. The amenities of a luxury high-rise condo greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts and bellman trolleys available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. There is a minimum 7-day stay.

Estero Beach & Tennis Club consists of three towers located on 10 acres with lush tropical vegetation, and well-manicured landscaping with pond and fountain near the entrance. The heated pool is just outside the lobby elevators between buildings A and B.

Tower C is the southernmost building and is literally just steps to the beach where miles of secluded white sugar sand beach awaits. Amenities include four clay tennis courts, BBQ grills, and plenty of parking. At the end of the driveway is the Trolley stop where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is directly across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops, and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks.



Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants, and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach.



Upon entering your condo on the first floor above ground-level lobby, a corner unit, at once you are drawn to the outstanding panoramic water views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. It is a one bedroom, one full bath condo, with kitchen, living room/dining area, and balcony. There is tile flooring throughout.



Entry from the air conditioned and carpeted elevator lobby and hallway to the right from the elevator is into a foyer with closet, and then the bright and airy kitchen and living/dining area with balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is to the left from the foyer, with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen sink with disposal, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, and built-in above range microwave oven.



In the dining area a round glasstop dining table seats 4. The living area is tastefully decorated with pullout full size sofa for additional sleeping for 2 guests if needed, coffee table, end table and floor lamp, a cozy corner with overstuffed chair, and a credenza with large flat screen TV to keep you entertained or abreast of world events should you so desire. A window from this room presents a view of the Gulf of Mexico with Sanibel Island in the distance, as well as a view of the pool area below. There are sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony where you will catch the most amazing sunsets and sunrises while relaxing and enjoying your favorite beverage. Should your visit occur during the summer, available for your viewing pleasure will be mesmerizing afternoon rains and lightning shows.



The well-appointed bedroom has a king-size bed, 2 night stands and lamps, a corner desk also with a view to the luxuriously landscaped grounds and pool area, and on each side of the room are closets with mirrored doors and built in drawers. A privacy floor to ceiling folding door affords privacy should guests be present. The en suite bathroom has a combination tub/shower, as well as updated large vanity with lavatory.



For your convenience a coin operated laundry facility is available at ground level.



Our rental properties are all outfitted with high tech features such as remote entry locks, high speed wireless internet, etc.

This condo is pet friendly for dogs. However, it is not if your reservation is made within 40 days of arrival. The condo association requires paperwork to be submitted to them 40 days prior to arrival. The paperwork requires that your veterinarian fill out a form stating the dog has been vaccinated and up to date for rabies, DHPP, intestinal parasite screening (within 6 months of arrival date), and flea and tick prevention (proof of purchase thru occupancy dates). When you check in, if you have a dog then you will have to check into the on site office and pay a $10 leash fee. It is for the dog's high visibility identification leash. The $10 fee is refundable from the on site office when you depart.
