Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas #302, the perfect beachfront vacation address in paradise! Located in the quieter North end of Estero Island, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath third floor gulf-front condo has a 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, and is an easy 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the numerous boutiques, restaurants, and night life afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to the amenities of the adjacent Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina, as well as your own on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables and chairs, with privacy fence surrounding it. Its close proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting. Off street covered and open self parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to make your arrival go a little easier.

Estero Island Beach Villas #302 is a bright, cheerful Southwest Florida style beachfront condo with two bedrooms and two baths, and can sleep a total of six guests. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multicourse dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. And for those barbecue enthusiasts, there are gas grills by the pool at the ground floor level.

Entry is via elevator to the third floor and to the left, and immediately upon entry, looking past the kitchen, dining and living areas, you will be swept away by the expansive views, the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. Open the sliding glass doors and let the island breezes transport you to that perfect, calm vacation feel. The screened in balcony is furnished with a glass-top table seating four. There is tile flooring throughout, with carpet in the bedrooms.

Upon entering the condo the kitchen is immediately to the right and is equipped with everything needed for meal preparation. There are granite countertops, and the cabinets are fully stocked with all the food preparation essentials. There is a glass-top range with self-cleaning oven, built in above range microwave oven, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, and refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. The kitchen also has a window looking out towards the front of the resort with Estero Pass in the background. There is also a granite-top island with drawers and cabinets.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a rectangular table seating 6.

Then across from the dining and kitchen areas is a hallway leading to the guest bedroom, bath, and enclosed laundry area with your own washer and dryer. The guest bath has a nicely tiled tub/shower combination, commode, granite-top vanity with lavatory, and recessed lighting.

The guest bedroom is nicely furnished with two full beds with night stand and lamp, chest of drawers, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. There are plantation shutters on the window in this room, from which there is also a view of Estero Pass, and adds to the spacious feel of this guest suite area. The laundry area, bath, and bedroom can be completely closed off with a sliding pocket door.

Moving back towards the dining area and to the left is the adjacent living room, nicely furnished with a sofa, two end tables and lamps, a leather recliner, coffee table over area rug, an overstuffed wicker chair, and large wall-mounted flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Beneath the TV is a cabinet containing some books and games. There are expansive sliding glass doors giving access to the screened in balcony, furnished with a round table and 4 chairs, as well as chaise lounge. From this third floor vantage point it's nothing but a path to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico beyond.

Finally, upon re-entering the living area and to the right is the master bedroom and en suite bath. A king-size bed awaits, along with a large window with plantation shutters affording even more views of the Gulf and Sanibel Island in the distance. This nicely decorated master bedroom has night stands and lamps on each side of the bed, there is a chest of drawers, as well as large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Behind a wide sliding pocket door is the en suite bath. There is a closet with mirrored folding doors. There is a large granite-top vanity with lavatory, decorator mirror, commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub and shower.

Whether cooking in the kitchen, enjoying a gourmet meal, relaxing on the balcony or in the living room, the sound of the Gulf waters and daily happenings on the beach will call your name. Pelicans will be diving for fish, flying fish will be leaping out of the water, and dolphins wil be catching those flying fish in mid-air! All this happens along an expanse of seven miles of white sugar-sand beach right outside your door. Take in the gorgeous nightly sunsets with someone special.
