Welcome to Estero Cove Unit 264. This sixth floor condo has incredible views of Estero Bay. Perched above the tops of the trees you can see for miles. This two bedroom, two full bath condo has been decorated in a modern, eclectic flare.

Entering the front door of the condo you'll find the kitchen immediately to your right. Spacious and fully equipped with everything you'll need for meal preparation while here, including newer stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. The breakfast bar seats three, with an expanding table for the dining area that can open up to accommodate four. The living room is a masterpiece in art and furnishings. A unique leather sectional provides seating for everyone, with a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure.

The living room opens to the screened in lanai. An additional table with seating for four will keep you comfortable while looking out over the island and Estero Bay. Open the sliding glass doors on those perfect Florida days letting the ocean breeze flow through the condo.

At some point you will want to get out and explore the island. Even with accommodations as great as these, the beach will be calling your name. Head outside to the beach right across the street from the condo where you'll find 7 miles of white sugar sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is through the Wyndham Gardens parking lot. The beach and warm Gulf waters are only a two minute walk from your condo. For the adventurous parasailing and jet ski rentals can be found in front of the Wyndham Gardens as well. Cabana rentals are available beachfront by the day, week or month if desired. Numerous shops and restaurants are also just a minute walk away in Santini Marina Plaza. Quick groceries can be found at the CVS next door or 7/11 across the street. Publix, a full service grocery store, is 2 miles north of the condo. The beach movie theater is just a 1/4 mile up the road where you can catch first run movies and dinner at the same time. Cool off after a round of tennis, at the private courts on site, in the condo pool. Poolside grills have also been provided for your grilling pleasure.

After a fun filled day of sun and sand, retire back to the master suite for a well deserved nights rest. The master suite provides a king size bed with private full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. It also opens to the lanai allowing you to sneak out for some late night star gazing without disturbing the other people in your party.
The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, and has a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway with a tub/shower combination.
For our guests with allergies this condo is both smoke free and pet free. Wireless internet and private in-condo washer and dryer have been provided for your use.
Looking to explore beyond our 7 miles of white sugar sand beaches? No worries there. Head south bound right off the island to Lovers Key State Park where you'll find secluded beaches. A little further south are Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beaches. Both offer fantastic shelling opportunities and miles of beach to enjoy. Looking for some fine dining and shopping? Naples Fifth Avenue, the Mercado and Coconut Point mall will be waiting for you. Of course we have some wonderful outlet shopping as well at Miramar and Tanger Outlets. Estero Cove 264 is centrally located so you can enjoy the beach and all that it has to offer both on and off the island. Come experience it once and you'll want to return again and again!

Note: All properties rented by Distinctive Beach Rentals have a minimum age requirement. Two persons in the rental party must be over the age of 30 in order to rent.
