Welcome to Harbour Pointe #126 your luxurious bay front tropical hideaway in paradise. This resort-style condo on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Please note there is a one month minimum stay.

Views are amazing, and upon arrival you will note that the building is actually on a peninsula with water on three sides. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. There is a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, built-in glass top range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and built-in above counter microwave. Stacked washer and dryer are included in your condo in the kitchen area. There is a peninsular bar with 2 tall bar stools next to the dining area.

This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and offers a myriad of amenities that include deeded beach access, BBQ's, clubhouse (with Ping-Pong and pool tables), community pool/spa, exercise room, tennis courts and fishing pier. The community's grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, complete with a small pond with a fountain and a boardwalk with benches along the Bay. In addition, within walking distance is a public marina and movie theater. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away.

Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby. For your arrival convenience there are carts and bellman's trolley available, as well as ample parking. Take the elevator to the first floor for access to your condo, but after settling in be sure to ride the glass-enclosed elevator to the top of the building, 10th floor, for some amazing views! The hallways on each floor are open air and allow the island winds to waft around you as you approach the door to your accommodations.

Walk into #126 into a foyer/hallway with kitchen to the left as described above. To the right is the guest bedroom and hallway bath. This bedroom has 2 twin beds with area rug, night stand and lamp. There is a double dresser with flat screen TV. The window here overlooks the front balcony with water views. There is ample closet space as well. The adjacent guest bath has a tiled walk-in shower with glass doors and hand-held shower head, as well as vanity and lavatory.

Back into the hallway and just to the right of the kitchen is the nicely furnished dining area and living room. The dining table seats 6. The living room has a sofa and love seat, end tables and lamps, as well as coffee table on an area rug. A large flat screen TV is along the wall opposite the sofa for your viewing pleasure. Large sliding glass doors lead out onto the well-furnished screened-in balcony. There is a glasstop table seating 4, as well as two other swivel chairs to sit and enjoy the fantastic view of the canal with its promenade and numerous groupings of covered boat docks as you sip your favorite beverage or morning coffee.

Back into the living room and to the left is the master bedroom with en suite bath. Furnishings include a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a 4-drawer chest, a 5-drawer chest, triple dresser with flat screen TV, and a corner swivel chair next to the sliding glass door out to the adjacent balcony. There is also a window with a view similar to that from the screened-in balcony. There is a large dressing area with vanity, lavatory, and closet, with separate room with toilet and marble bathtub/shower combination.

The condo is of course climate controlled, but can also be opened up to allow the tropical breezes to flow through each and every room on those cool summer evenings, or pretty much any other time of the year.

The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay at Harbour Pointe will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!
