Welcome to Island Winds #303 your luxurious gulf-front address in paradise. This resort-style condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with very generous square footage. It has the ambience of a home rather than the usual condo layout, and is superbly decorated and furnished. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of Corian counter space counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. All appliances are stainless steel, and there is an icemaker in the freezer. A Keurig coffee maker is even featured to allow that first cup of coffee in the morning to be a breeze. There is tray ceiling recessed lighting, as well as under-counter lighting.

The resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina, golf course, movie theatre theater, and restaurants. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area - the central hub of Fort Myers Beach - where there is an extended fishing pier and too-numerous-to-count restaurants, nightclubs, and boutiques.

Amenities at Island Winds include a resort-style pool and spa located between its two towers. A well-appointed exercise room can be found in the north tower, and tennis courts are right across the street. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away.

Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator takes you to unit #303. Luggage carts are available to simplify your arrival. The hallways on each floor are screened in at the ends to allow the ?island winds? to waft around you as you approach the door to your gulfside accommodations. (No screens as of mid-October). Walk into a tiled entry looking into and past the spacious kitchen, formal dining room, game room/living room and screened balcony, and then straight out to the breathtaking panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from a third-floor vantage point. Tile floors and area rugs are throughout. Immediately to your right upon entry is the kitchen as previously described. To the left is the guest suite consisting of a bedroom and hallway to the full bath with tub/shower, lavatory vanity with Corian countertops, and well-stocked linen closet. The bedroom is tastefully furnished with two twin beds, night stand, and dresser with flat screen TV. This guest suite also comes with its own private screened-in balcony accessed through sliding glass doors. A glance to the right reveals the vast expanse of the Gulf of Mexico.

Leaving the guest area takes you past the formal dining room which accommodates seating for four and can expand to seat six.

Next, you enter the spacious, bright, airy, and elegantly furnished living room at the far end with its own set of sliding glass doors opening to the screened-in and furnished balcony. Living area has leather sofa and loveseat, with glass and marble accent coffee and end tables. On the near side is a professional game table made of real wood, with 4 very comfortable leather suede chairs. Each of these seats provides a built-in drawer beneath the table to stash your chips and extra playing cards. This area also has its own sliding glass door access to the balcony area. There is a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment as well.

Finally, one arrives at the master suite with, room, room, and more room! This area has its own private screened-in balcony with tall bar table and matching chairs. This suite is well furnished with upscale beach d?cor. A king-size bed faces the sliding doors to the balcony, and a window on the gulf side will allow its occupants to awaken to expansive views of the gulf and other resort towers that line the beach. It will be a vision to remember and will probably make you want to return again and again! Flat screen TV is included. The master bathroom is accessed through a private hallway with ample closet space. It features dual sinks in a Corian-topped vanity. The walk-in shower is tiled and has a frosted window. Also in the spacious bathroom is the washer and dryer behind folding doors so you'll be able to return home with suitcases full of clean clothes. The entire master suite can be shut off completely from the main living area.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay at Island Winds will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!
