Its close proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island,
the downtown Fort Myers River District, the Edison Winter Home, and Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive.

This condo has undergone significant recent upgrades that include fresh cool white paint throughout, new rolling environmental energy efficient shades on all windows to protect you from sunlight, provide privacy and support turtle hatching season. New dishwasher, electric range, kitchen china, linens and shower curtains have been added. Further enhancements include original art work to support a sophisticated beach scene. Kona #308 is a bright, cheerful Southwest Florida style beachfront condo with two bedrooms and two full baths, and can sleep a total of six guests very comfortably with a queen size sleeper sofa.

Entry is via stairs, and immediately you will be swept away by the expansive views, the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and sugar-white sand beach in front of you. Nestled in the palms tree tops, the living room, kitchen, 200 square foot lanai and dining area are open concept. Open all the massive sliding glass doors and let the island breezes transport you to that perfect, calm vacation feel. There are Gulf or Bay views from every room.

Everything is available that you need to cook daily multi course meals or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. For barbecue enthusiasts, there is a beachside gas grill area.

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with all food preparation essentials. A private laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen. Seated at the kitchen's granite counter top bar you will easily chat with friends or family on the lanai, and in the living room or dining area.
A large flat screen TV in the well furnished living room lets you keep up with your favorite show or the evening news.

The master bedroom offers a private entrance to the screened in lanai, a king size bed, in room TV, full en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet and dresser space to allow you an easy transition to island time.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and is separated from the master by the full bath in the hallway.

On the beach, pelicans dive for fish, flying fish leap out of the water, and dolphins catch those flying fish in mid air! This happens along an expanse of seven miles of beach right outside your door. Take in the gorgeous nightly sunsets with someone special. Enjoy the private in-ground pool for cooling off on warm Florida days. Stroll the beach at sunrise or sunset to find starfish, sand dollars and baby conchs waiting for you. Pamper yourself at the luxurious Aquagene Spa at the Pink Shell Resort just steps away. There is jet skiing and parasailing a short walk away.

The front door is outfitted with a remote entry lock and high speed wireless internet. This condo is both non-smoking and pet free.
