Welcome to Lovers Key Beach Club unit 202! Your impressive address in paradise. Immediately upon entering this gated resort with its lush tropical and well-manicured grounds, you will know you have arrived at an exciting tropical destination with many memorable experiences waiting for you. Your arrival will be similar to pulling up to a 5-star hotel under a covered entrance. A ramp or a few steps up brings you to the secure entry to the building. Carts are provided for easy transfer of baggage to your accommodations. The ground floor elevator lobby is exquisitely furnished and looks out over the pool and spa area. Coin laundry area is available here, as well as several seating areas with comfortable furnishings, tables and chairs conducive to a card game, and a separate room with ping pong table. All facilities are air-conditioned, including hallways once exiting the elevator at the second floor.

Due to its unique location nestled between Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach, you are afforded miles of secluded white sugar sand beach. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. The views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico are incredible. Relax on your private balcony as you hear the waves lapping at the shore within a stone's throw, and watch the dolphins play and boats drift past.

Upon entering your condo on the 2nd floor, a corner unit, once you are immediately drawn to the outstanding panoramic water views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, you will then notice the care taken during remodeling to maximize convenience and space. It is a one bedroom, with one full bath, kitchen, living room, and balcony. The kitchen is directly to your left. There are custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances that includes dishwasher and glass top stove, as well as microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Everything is provided to whip up a nice meal, or just to make coffee and toast in the morning. There are wood floors throughout.

The living room is tastefully furnished in beachy-chic and is bright and airy with amazing views to the west and south. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping for 2 guests if needed. A flat screen TV helps you keep abreast of world events ? should you so desire, and of course wireless internet is also available.

From the living room you will access the large balcony, most likely the focal point during your stay. It will provide hours of viewing entertainment of the island, surrounding beaches, and waterways, and is furnished, including a table and chairs seating 2. Looking down over the water you will most likely see dolphins on a daily basis, and depending on the season of your visit you may see the occasional sea turtle or manatee. The awesome sunsets will change daily, offering a different scene each evening. Should your visit occur during the summer, available for your viewing pleasure will be mesmerizing afternoon rains and lightning shows.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, night stand, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and of course windows allowing you to awake to gorgeous sunrises. A full bathroom adjoins offering lavatory and vanity, with a large walk-in tiled shower with grab bars.

In addition, Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just next door at Lovers Key resort! Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico.

Just a short hop over the bridge at Big Carlos Pass takes you to Fort Myers Beach/Estero Island. The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few.

For our guests with allergies, this condo is both nonsmoking and pet-free.

And don't be fooled, Lovers Key Resort is not just for lovers. While it is an incredibly romantic place, it's also a great family resort.

Wonderful Spot!

We wanted relaxation, sun and more relaxation. First impression was completely favorable! The condo had everything we could have wanted, as far as pots, pans, tupperware, plates, etc. Air conditioners worked great. Placement of the unit in the building was perfect. Being on the southwest corner, we caught every sunset from the balcony. Outdoor furniture and the umbrella provided meant we could just about sit out there all day. Residents we met were all very friendly and considerate. The laundry room had washers and dryers that worked sufficiently. The tiki huts on the beach were great to have and not hard to grab one on occasion. Residents regularly cleaned any seaweed, etc, that washed up every morning, and monitored any people coming onto the private beach. Fishing was available right out back. Dolphins plays and fed 20 yards off shore, in clear view from the beach or balcony. Clean and available grills (at least 6) were available on the downstairs patio. No one seemed to be out and loud at all, much less after 9 at night.
There’s a bridge off the southwest corner, but the road is a slow driving two lane road. Not a noisy highway, so don’t be put off by the bridge!! Walking the beach meant 200 yards of private beach connecting to a LOT of State Park beach. Walk as long as you like. Starfish, dolphins, sea trout, mackerel, sheepshead, and more wildlife, right out the door.
ONLY disappointment is that there is only a 5% discount to come back and rent again. we thought 15% would be more reasonable for returning.
Definitely would like to go back if able.
