Welcome to Marina Towers #708, located at the southernmost tip of tropical Fort Myers Beach. The location of this resort affords remarkable views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lovers Key, and Estero Bay, and especially so because of its seventh floor vantage point. Arrival at the resort is facilitated by luggage carts and clothes trolley provided at the secure entry to the building. An elevator will whisk you to the seventh floor, and the entrance to the condo is just down an air conditioned hallway from the elevator. Due to its unique location at the tip of the island the views cover both the Gulf and Bay. Guests at Marina Towers enjoy having Estero Bay in their own backyard. There is a wide sandy beach across the street on the Gulf of Mexico, and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. Boat docks and a boat ramp are on site, and there is a clubhouse lanai and pool to relax by. Kayaking, fishing, and boating activities are just a few of the things to do at this lovely resort. The beach trolley stops out front on Estero Blvd., and your destination can either be heading north to The Pier and Times Square, or south to the nearby 1700 acre state beach called Lover's Key. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. The views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico are incredible. Relax on your private balcony and watch the dolphins play and boats drift past.

Entry into #708 is into the wood floor foyer, beyond which is carpeting for the most part. The layout is not your usual cookie-cutter condo, making the initial impression one of comfort, spaciousness, brightness, and complete functionality. A split floor plan is in play here, with dining room, living room, kitchen and breakfast room in the center, while the guest room and bath are on the right, and the master bedroom and bath are on the left. There is a screened in, carpeted, and furnished balcony off the master bedroom, breakfast room, and living room which will no doubt be one of the focal points of your stay, and your ringside seat for some of the most gorgeous, ever-changing sunsets.

The guest bath has tile flooring, a tub/shower combination, and vanity lavatory with ample drawer and cabinet space.

The adjacent guest bedroom has a double bed, night stand, armorer with flat screen TV, desk with chair, and walk in closet. The view from here is Estero Bay.

The spacious dining and living area features tray ceiling in the dining room with chandelier, table seating 6, as well as china cabinet.

The living area has an expanded ceiling, and is most comfortably furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, coffee and end tables, two recliners, a swivel chair, and flat screen TV, and spills out through large sliding glass doors into the screened in balcony with mesmerizing views of the back bay and adjacent waterways.

Walking back through the living area we come to a wood floor hallway, with separate laundry room with washer and dryer on the left, with kitchen and breakfast room to the right. This warm, wood floor, fully stocked kitchen has tiled counter tops, flowing into the breakfast room with table seating 4, which continues to flow out through sliding glass doors to the well furnished screened in balcony. Kitchen appliances include double door refrigerator/freezer with door front ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, glass top range with self-cleaning oven, and built-in microwave.

Just off the hallway to laundry room and kitchen is the entrance to the master bedroom suite. Upon entry, to the left is the spacious tile floor bathroom with shower/tub combination and sliding glass doors, with vanity and lavatory. There is an adjacent linen closet, then the spacious carpeted bedroom with access door to the enclosed balcony. Large windows afford a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico looking towards Sanibel Island and its accompanying sunsets, as well as views of the back bay and adjacent waterways. There is a king size bed, two night stands, television, chest of drawers, double dresser and wicker chair. Furthermore in this rambling master suite is another dressing area with a vanity as well as ample closet space.

On site amenities include a bay side swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa, saunas and locker rooms, shuffleboard courts, bay side clubhouse with game room, pool table, library, fitness equipment, and barbecue grills.

In addition Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico.

Fort Myers Beach/Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Proceeding north from the resort, either by private car or the island's Trolley service as noted above, ultimately ends up around Times Square, with many restaurants, a Publix supermarket, cinema, public library, and many shops and boutiques along the way. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals as stated above, and fishing charters to name a few. In addition there is high speed boat service to Key West, with daily round trips available. The trip takes about 3 hours each way.

For our guests with allergies, this condo is both nonsmoking and pet-free. Our rental properties are all outfitted with high tech features such as remote entry locks, high speed wireless internet, etc.
