Welcome to Ocean Harbor #B502! Location, views, and accommodations are top-notch at this fabulous gated resort. This exquisite property is situated on nine acres on Estero Bay. Within walking distance across the street is beach access at Newton Park with a seven-mile stretch of white, sugary-sand beaches. Other amenities of this gated property include a salt-water heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, fishing pier, community theatre, and shuffleboard courts. Next door and within walking distance, you will find Snook Bight Marina with boat rentals, dolphin-watching excursions, one of the island's largest supermarkets, and an upscale bay-view restaurant!

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is open and airy, elegantly furnished, adorned with tasteful art work, and from a fifth-floor vantage point, affords spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, from Sanibel Island in the northwest to Estero Bay in the southeast, affording you both unforgettable sunrises and sunsets! Ocean Harbor is located mid-Estero Island, away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, with its night clubs and restaurants to the north. Should you wish to explore the island, bus service (the Trolley) is directly in front of Ocean Harbor, and for a nominal fee, you can travel the entire length of the island in both directions.

Upon arrival, there are two assigned parking spaces available; one covered, one uncovered, and both are at the ground-floor level. Entrance from the parking area has a ramp into the secure lobby area. Bellman trolleys and grocery carts are available to help you simplify managing your luggage. Two elevators are available to whisk you to the 5th Floor; once there, entry into the condo is through double doors into the tiled foyer.

Upon entering and immediately to your left, you will find the Guest Bedroom Suite with en-suite bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination, sink, and toilet. The entire suite can be closed off for privacy. Within the Guest Bedroom Suite, you will find a King-sized bed, two night stands with lamps, a linen closet, a walk-in closet, a triple dresser with mirror, and a chair. The bedroom window provides a nice view of Estero Bay.

Returning to the spacious foyer, the laundry room with washer and dryer is a short distance to the right. To the left of the foyer is the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a glass-top table with seating for 5.

As you enter the kitchen, you will notice a dropped-soffit ceiling with recessed and down-lighting throughout, as you gaze through the kitchen window with an outstanding view of Estero Bay to the south. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, a coffee maker, and espresso machine. There is a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with a water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, a self-cleaning range, dishwasher, built-in microwave over the range, a European sink with garbage disposal, and lots of counter space. Above the sink is a pass-through countertop eating area with bar stools on the living room side.

The carpeted living room is furnished with two overstuffed chairs, situated astride a marble table with lamp, enclosed entertainment center with flat-screen TV, another high-backed chair with adjacent table, and a marble coffee table with an accompanying Queen-sized sleeper sofa. On the other side of the living room, you will find a buffet with a full-width mirror and a high-backed chair. Views from the living room include one to the south that overlooks the resort, the marina, and Estero Bay, and another to the west onto the Gulf of Mexico. From the living room, step through the sliding glass doors onto the nicely furnished balcony to experience amazing panoramic views, from Sanibel, across the Gulf, to Estero Bay.

The tile-floored balcony is screened in, faces west onto the Gulf and south toward Estero Bay, and has glass doors from the living room to close it off, if desired. It includes a high-top wicker table with glass top that seats 4, a cushioned wicker swivel-chair, coffee tables, and a triple cushion wicker sofa with two foot rests.

Just off the living room and balcony, you will find the Master Bedroom Suite and en-suite bathroom. There is a King-sized bed with night stands and lamps, swivel chair, double dresser, and a private door that exits out to the balcony. A large window provides a view of the Gulf and the resort pool. There is a large walk-in closet with triple dresser, and plenty of hanging space plus other amenities, including an iron and board. The luxurious en suite bathroom has a large, walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, a large, separate Jacuzzi tub, and spacious vanity with two, separate sinks. In addition, there is a separate room/water closet with toilet and bidet.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all, location-wise. In addition to the Bayfront Bistro next door, there are other restaurants nearby, such as the Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant to the north. The popular Santini Marina Plaza is a short drive to the south. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, and a 3-hour catamaran excursion to Key West. Sanibel and Captiva Islands, world-famous for their beaches, sea-green waters, and sea shells, are a short drive away. Inland, Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north. To the south, you will find Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples, with its world-class shops and fine dining.
