Welcome to Pelican Watch #105, your luxurious Gulf Front address in paradise! Pelican Watch affords beachfront living and unobstructed gulf views, yet in a beautifully furnished and well-appointed and equipped condo. Besides the beach, amenities include assigned parking, a secure lobby and elevator with luggage carts to make your move-in a breeze, a relaxing heated pool and spa with bathroom cabana and showers, AND a most excellent location that puts you close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square and all its shops and restaurants should you be able to break yourself away from the relaxing serenity of your home away from home in this tropical paradise!

Pelican Watch #105 is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting. It is located on the first floor above ground-level parking beneath the building, and a short distance from the elevator.

Enter through the front door into a hallway showing tiled floors and rugs throughout. Immediately to your right is a bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Further down the hall on your left is the guest bedroom suite area, including linen closet and full bathroom. This bedroom has a queen-size 4-poster bed. Back out to the hallway reveals the spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The kitchen comes fully equipped, a coffee maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots, pans, etc. The dining table seats 6. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multicourse dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. And for those barbecue enthusiasts, there is a beachside grill area next to a tiki hut.

Moving on the living room is nicely decorated and furnished, with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the expansive and well-appointed balcony overlooking the few short steps to the sea shore. It affords views of the beach, the gulf, palms swaying in the breeze, and a host of sea birds. This is also the perfect area to hit first thing in the morning, have a quiet breakfast, and then in the evening watch the ever-changing sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage. Before retiring for the night you can even attempt to count some stars if so inclined!

From the living area you enter the master bedroom suite with king-size bed, artfully decorated and furnished with flat screen TV. Ensuite bathroom with walkin closet, vanity, and walkin shower. Sliding glass doors allow access to the balcony.

Between the master and guest suites is the laundry room, complete with iron, vacuum cleaners, all the things you'll need to return home with suitcases full of clean clothes!

The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. We also have a company that rents a wide variety of beach equipment -- like umbrellas, beach chairs, beach wagons and coolers, as well as needs for the little ones, sports, and special needs equipment.

Our rental properties are all outfitted with high tech features such as remote entry locks, high speed wireless internet, etc. In addition, for our guests with allergies, this condo is both nonsmoking and pet-free.
