This third floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the Palms on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor where you will find your vacation condo waiting for you.

The living room is spacious and outfitted with a new flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Infused with natural light from the multiple walls of sliding glass doors, coupled with the comfortable furnishings; the living room will have you relaxing in no time and living the Florida dream. The views of Estero Bay from the living room are incredible and never grow old. The lanai opens off the living room in two areas to allow the bay breeze to flow through on those perfect Florida days.

The large kitchen is well equipped and also has a nice pantry for those extra groceries that you might have. In addition it also offers fantastic views of Estero Bay. Everyone will want their turn preparing meals! A full size private washer and dryer are located in the hallway off the kitchen for all your laundry needs. The dining room has a large dining room table with ample space for your meals or you may also choose to sit on the large lanai while eating so you don't miss the beautiful weather and wildlife!

One of the best features of this property is the breathtaking views of Estero Bay. Just outside of the lanai you can see benches along the water that are perfect for dolphin/manatee watching, fishing, or just enjoying the view. There is also a gas grill with picnic tables located just behind the condo so make sure to take advantage of waterfront dining right from your backyard. If you're a bird watcher, you'll also appreciate the Purple Martin house on the property.

You will be lured by the master bedroom with a king size bed and a picture perfect view with floor to ceiling windows facing out towards the bay. Decorated in a Tommy Bahama theme, the master suite is elegant and a wonderful room to retreat to at the end of the day. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower, along with a large walk-in closet for extra storage space.

The first of two guest bedrooms offers a queen size bed with a large walk in closet. The second guest bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed, which when not needed can be tucked away to make for a great bonus room as well. A walk in closet and desk area to connect to the wireless internet ensure your guests are well taken care of. A full bathroom in the adjoining hallway provides for everyone. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo for those that like to have the option.

If you are looking for convenience this is the place for you! This condo is located within walking distance of the Santini Plaza so shopping and dining will be inevitable. If shopping is not your thing you may choose to go across the street and cool off in the community pool where there is also a community room for guests to use.

No matter what your perception of a perfect vacation is, you won't be disappointed with the relaxation and serene feeling you will have when you leave this refreshing property! Please note for our guests with allergies, this condo is both pet free and smoke free. Condo association rules have a strict one month minimum rental policy.
