Welcome to Riviera Club #1001, your luxurious tropical hideaway in paradise. This resort-style condo on the 10th floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with sleeper sofa in the entry/den area. Please note there is a 2-week minimum stay. Views from the 10th floor are amazing, and include the back bay, as well as a panoramic view from Sanibel Island to the skyline of Naples to the south. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of white quartz counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. There is a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, built-in glass top range, convection and self-cleaning oven, built-in above range microwave, and dishwasher. There is a pass through bar with 3 tall bars tools into the dining area.

This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina and movie theatr. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away.

Amenities at Riviera Club include a heated pool with rock waterfall and Jacuzzi next to a gulf-front cabana with lounge chairs around the pool area, as well as gulf side behind the cabana. The cabana has restrooms and a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave oven that can be reserved. Gas BBQ grills are available in the cabana area as well. Ample open unassigned parking is provided.

Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby, complete with water falls, tropical foliage and sitting areas, where an elevator whisks you to #1001. The hallways on each floor are open air and allow the island winds to waft around you as you approach the door to your accommodations.

Walk into a foyer/den furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, wall-mounted flat screen TV, desk, end table and lamp. Tile flooring and area rugs are found throughout. From this area there is a hallway on the left to the rest of the condo, and from the foyer/den there is also access into the laundry area and kitchen.

Walking down the hall provides a glimpse of the kitchen, spacious dining room, living room and screened balconies. Immediately to your right is the kitchen as previously described, with tray ceilings and recessed lighting, as well as laundry area with stacked full-size washer and dryer. Just think, should you so desire you can return home with suitcases full of clean clothes!

Back into hallway the guest bedroom and bath are on the left. The bedroom has a great view of the back bay, and is nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, triple dresser, padded wicker chair, and ample closet space.

Adjacent to the guest room is the guest bath, with walk-in tiled shower with glass doors, and granite top vanity with lavatory.

Back into the hallway and to the left, and once you recover from the stunning panoramic views of the gulf and northern tip of the island, is the dining and living area. The dining area has a glass-top table seating 4, as well as small buffet.

The living area is furnished with a leather sofa and love seat, coffee table and end tables with lamps, an overstuffed leather chair facing the large flat screen TV, as well as two recliners with table and lamp in between. Two sets of sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished wrap-around tiled and screened in balcony with awesome views to the north and south. A table seating 4 will allow gulf-side dining, or a place to sip your favorite beverage while watching the sun settle into the horizon at the end of the day.

Back through the living/dining area and to the right is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door, 3-drawer granite-top vanity with lavatory, as well as walk-in closet. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner overstuffed chair by the sliding glass door out to the balcony, a triple dresser, and 3-drawer chest. The large window provides an awesome view of the gulf and beach below.

The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay at Riviera Club will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!

Wonderful Condo

Vacation in paradise! We, my husband, my father and I spent 16 days in this beautiful condo.
The condo is just perfect.
The view from the balcony is awesome.
The price for this location and that lovely condo is great.
For sure we come back again.
Also Distinctive Beach Rentals is a great agency.
Everything was clean and the booking was uncomplicated.
We have already booked a different condo (because for this time it’s only my husband and I) for our next vacation in November from Distinctive.
