Welcome to Santa Maria #210, your luxurious waterfront tropical hideaway in paradise, very nicely decorated in a traditional motif. This resort-style condo on the 2nd floor above ground floor level has 1 bedroom and 1-1/2 baths. There is wood flooring throughout. Views are of the marina, resort pool, separate grilling area with tables, chairs, and gas grills, and all the lush tropical foliage. The kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with plenty of granite counterspace and granite backsplash, and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. There is a rectangular stainless steel sink with disposal. All appliances are stainless steel, including a refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, glass-top 5-burner range with self-cleaning and convection oven, dishwasher, and built-in above range microwave. A Keurig coffee maker will make it easy for your morning coffee. Your own washer and dryer are included behind a pocket door in the kitchen area, as well as upper pantry and storage areas. There is a large window in the kitchen that looks out onto the open walkway and courtyard gardens.

This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and offers a myriad of amenities that include deeded beach access at Bay Beach Lane just south of the resort, a clubhouse just steps from your building, heated pool and hot tub, and gas BBQ grills in the common areas. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. In addition, within walking distance is a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, where you can enjoy the shops and restaurants of Fifth Avenue and Tin City, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away.

Entry at ground level is with a covered driveway entrance, past gardens with fountains and tropical plants, and then through a secure furnished and air conditioned lobby. For your arrival convenience there are bellman trolleys available adjacent to the lobby, as well as ample parking. Take the elevator to the second floor above ground level. To your right is a view of the interior courtyard gardens, and a turn to the right then takes you to #210. The hallways on each floor are open air and allow the island winds to waft around you as you approach the door to your accommodations.

Walk into #210 with kitchen to the left as described above.

Opposite the kitchen is the nicely furnished dining room with round glass-top table with four upholstered chairs on casters. There is also a large window in the dining area overlooking the open walkway and courtyard gardens. There is also a desk/buffet in the dining area.

Between the dining and living area to the left is a guest bathroom with vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, as well as a commode and linen closet.

Next is the living area and expansive sliding glass doors out onto the screened in and furnished balcony with ceiling fan for your comfort. This may well be a frequent focal point to sit and enjoy the fantastic view of the marina and numerous boat docks as you sip your favorite beverage or morning coffee. Balcony furniture includes a round glass-top table and four chairs. Furnishings in the living area include queen-size sleeper sofa and matching loveseat with end table and lamp, as well as coffee table, all on an area rug. There is also a leather recliner/rocker with table and lamp, as well as a ceiling fan. Opposite the sitting area is a corner credenza with flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure.

Back into the living room and to the right is the master bedroom, very nicely furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps. There is a double dresser with wall mirror and a flat screen TV. There is also a separate door out onto the balcony. Again, the large picture window in this bedroom overlooks the marina and resort pool area. A ceiling fan provides added comfort. The en suite bathroom has a dressing area with single piece vanity with lavatory, with storage space to the side and beneath, as well as a wall mirror. Opposite this area is a large walk-in closet. Moving on through a door is a separate area with commode and very nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door and built-in shower seat with cannister lighting.

The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay at Santa Maria will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!
