Welcome to Sandarac #509B. Your elegant yet beachy gulf-front address in paradise. This resort-style condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with very generous square footage. It has the ambiance of a home rather than the usual condo layout, and is elegantly decorated and furnished. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of granite counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. All appliances are stainless steel, including 3-door refrigerator/freezer, built-in range and oven, built-in microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also boasts a built-in desk with seat, tray ceilings, recessed lighting, and pass through to dining area.

This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina with boat rentals, movie theater, and restaurants. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from directly in front of the resort to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques as well as ferry service to Key West. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park.

Amenities at Sandarac include a heated pool, bocce court, barbecue as well covered reserved parking. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away.

Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator takes you to #509B. There are luggage carts available there to simplify your arrival. The hallways on each floor are open air yet sheltered from the elements, to allow the island winds to waft around you as you approach the door to your gulfside accommodations.

Walk into a furnished foyer looking into and past the spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and screened balcony, and then straight out to the breath-taking Gulf of Mexico from a fifth floor vantage point. Immediately to your right upon entry is the kitchen as previously described. Straight on and to the right is the dining room with table seating 6, with buffet, and sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony. Adjacent to this and opposite the foyer is the spacious, bright, airy, and well-furnished living room with sliding glass doors opening to the screened-in and furnished balcony with its commanding view of the gulf from a height of 5 stories. The living area has 2 sofas and with accent tables, as well as an overstuffed chair and ottoman. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV for your enjoyment as well.

From the foyer is the hallway leading to the bedrooms and baths. To the left is the guest bedroom with king-size bed, night stand/dresser, double dresser, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Guest bath at the end of the hallway has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass door and granite lavatory vanity.

Back into the hall leads to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination with sliding glass doors and vanity with decorator lavatory. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, dresser, desk, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. Also for your entertainment is a flat screen TV. The view from bed upon waking reveals the vast expanse of the Gulf of Mexico.

Also this condo has its own extremely convenient laundry/utility room with washer and dryer situated off the foyer opposite the kitchen. Just think, should you so desire you can return home with suitcases full of clean clothes!

The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's shelling, parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay at Sandarac will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!
