Welcome to Smuggler's Cove #5A6, your luxurious yet practical gulf-front destination in paradise. This resort-style condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and provides a magnificent 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico from it's fifth floor vantage point. Literally a stone's throw from this property lies a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach. Amazing sunsets will be a daily item on your menu. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of granite counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired getaway, yet this mid-island location has its advantages as well. Publix, the islands' largest grocery store, is just three blocks away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life, or south to Lovers Key State Park for some wildlife viewing and private beaches. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting! Other resort amenities include a very large laundry room with multiple washers and dryers beach side for your laundry needs. Grab a book, relax beachfront on a lounger and wait for your laundry, take a swim in the large heated pool, or simply take an afternoon siesta poolside on one of the many loungers. There is also a mini putting green, shuffleboard court, gas BBQ grills, and Tiki huts.

Entry is via elevator from the ground floor. Ample parking is available. Upon entry the kitchen is immediately to the left. From the kitchen there is a view of the back bay and the boulevard. There are granite counter tops and a tray ceiling with indirect lighting. Appliances include refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, glass top range and self-cleaning oven, built-in above range microwave, and dishwasher. There is a peninsular bar separating the kitchen from the dining area with 3 bar stools.

The dining area has a glass-top table seating four. Decor is nautical and beachy.

Prior to entering the living area, to the right of the kitchen are louvered doors leading to a hallway with the guest bedroom and bath. The bedroom is nicely furnished with wicker furniture, two twin beds, night stand with lamp, a six-drawer chest, ample closet space, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The window from here provides a view of the boulevard and back bay.

The guest bath has a tub/shower combination with glass doors, and fixed shower head as well as hand-held spray, with vanity and lavatory. There is also a wall-mounted hair dryer.

Exiting the guest quarters brings you to the living area to the right. There are sliding glass doors leading to the furnished screened in lanai and the breath taking views of the expansive Gulf of Mexico. In the living room you will find a mirrored wall adding to its spaciousness, as well as leather sofa and loveseat in front of a wall-mounted large flat screen TV, area rug with coffee table, end tables with lamps, leather recliner and a floor lamp.

The screened in lanai, also with ceiling fan, is furnished with a glass-top table seating four.

Back into the living area and to the left is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A king-size bed awaits for retiring in the evening, with a view out to the gulf as well through its own private sliding glass doors to the lanai. There are night stands and lamps, a triple dresser, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. A large walk-in closet will make unpacking a breeze. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, also with fixed shower head and hand-held spray, with vanity and lavatory, as well as wall-mounted hair dryer.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. In addition to the nearby Bayfront Bistro there are other close by restaurants, such as the Junkanoo Restaurant and Fresh Catch Restaurant. The popular Santini Marina Plaza is also fairly close by near the southern end of the island, with several restaurants as well. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin and sunset tours, as well as other close by things to do and places to visit. Sanibel Island, world famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
