Located mid island on Fort Myers Beach in a fantastic small 12 unit building, this condo can accommodate 6 guests. This recently remodeled condo will have you wanting to stay forever! The building complex itself was just completely updated as well making this a wonderful vacation experience.

As you enter, the magnificent gulf views will draw you straight to your private lanai that extends the full length of your condo. Seven miles of sugar sand beach awaits you. Bring a beach chair and a good book and you are set for the day! The enticing heated, in-ground pool below will be calling your name too! You'll be anxious to get unpacked so you can start relaxing in your beachfront home away from home.

The remodeled kitchen is ready for you to cook a meal in. New appliances, custom cabinets and granite counters will inspire the cook in everyone. You'll love the convenience of the open bar area which allows food to be conveniently passed through to the dining room. Of course eating your meals at the lanai table is always an option. Imagine starting your day watching dolphins frolicking, later ending your evening with a spectacular sunset here in Paradise.

Hang out in your air conditioned living room and catch a movie. Additional sleeping arrangements are a breeze as the sofa converts to a bed. The guest room located off the hallway, has a queen bed. Retire to the ensuite master bedroom and relax on the king bed. Listen to the subtle waves and breathe the sea air. Waking up to a lovely gulf view will assure you that you're not dreaming. Both bedrooms offer in-room TV's for your late night viewing pleasure. The bathrooms have also been completely remodeled making this condo top notch in accommodations.

This great condo has a trolley stop at the end of the driveway. It runs all day and well into the evening at fifty cents per person. Publix grocery store is just a block away. You may want to forget about the groceries and continue to walk right behind Publix to the five star Bay Front Bistro located on beautiful Estero Bay. Or rent a boat from their marina for a day full of fun excursions out on Estero Bay.

Take some time to explore the island. The trolley runs to Lovers Key State Park where you can swim, shell and bird watch. On the return trip, stop off at Santini Mall where you can visit unique shops and restaurants. At our Beach Theatre, you can order a meal, relax in comfy swivel chairs and watch a movie. Continue three miles north to Times Square for more shopping, eateries and nightlife.

Take the ferry to Key West. Further out, visit the Ford and Edison Museum, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, the Naples Zoo or take an airboat or swamp buggy ride through the Everglades.

Per condo association rules minimum rental during Dec 15 through April 15 is a 2 week minimum. The rest of the year weekly rentals are allowed.

fantastic condo

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The location, Mid Beach, is fantastic. For families that want to be on the beach with a balcony view to enjoy the late night sounds of the ocean but also have a pool for the kiddos, this property is perfect. The trolley stop and Publix grocery store were very very close and made renting a car or even using an Uber nonexistent. Although we appreciated the security we also felt that we needed more than one key to be able to move freely from the room to the pool to the ocean. The management company was able to provide us with a second key at no cost and was very understanding. We also had family from another state that rented one of the other condo’s in the building and absolutely loved it as well. All in all it’s a 5 star property and we will definitely be going back in the future. I only gave it 4 stars because of the excessive security and the 24 hour road work out front which is obviously out of their control.
